The Windsong Cottage is the yurt of my dreams. Clean and perfectly appointed, it has a view of Tomales Bay. The wood burning stove was ready to light and made for a wonderfully cozy and romantic evening. Plus, it is just down the road from Heidrun Meadery, which is the perfect stop after getting amazing local cheeses in Pt. Reyes...

Even though we lost electricity for almost 24 hours during our 2-day visit in the yurt, it was still one of our favorite things that we did during our California vacation. We visited Point Reyes & San Francisco during a historic storm with constant rain, flooding and mudslides so we had some things happen that wouldn't happen to the average...

Located in beautiful Marin County this Yurt cottage will delight you. Enjoy wonderful panoramic views and a peaceful feeling from the moment you arrive. After a glorious hike to Tomales Point we returned to luxuriate in the hot tub. Tony was a gracious host, providing fresh fruit and breakfast supplies in his well appointed kitchen. Leave your stress behind and...

Could never say enough about how wonderful our stay was. Spent the day walking trails and beaches then found our welcome retreat at the Windsong Cottage yurt. Full-moon lit night was perfect for relaxing in the hot tub followed by a restful night in the incredibly comfortable bed. Coffee, english muffins, fresh fruit, eggs, and juice already in the the...

Many reviews already highlighted the interesting aspects of this Yurt cottage build in the early nineties by Bonnie Raitt's brother. Tony, the owner has kept the yurt up to date and comfortable for guests. The bed is fabulous and the shower great. Just sitting outside is a pleasure. We enjoyed the jacuzzi too! Tony provides fresh milk, eggs and orange...

This was a great find! What a beautiful view inside and out! Very clean and comfortable to stay in. Lots of great amenities and Tony (the caretaker) even makes sure you have food items to make breakfast! It's a lovely touch! Loved it overall and would recommend it to my friends who never stayed in a yurt. Especially loved the...

Every comfort necessary, beautiful views, lovely tasteful details throughout - the shape of the yurt wraps around you like a peaceful cocoon. A very special place indeed! With access to the Pt. Reyes National Seashore - a great treasure at your doorstep.

This place is absolutely STUNNING! You will not be disappointed! One of the best places I have ever stayed. It's very comfortable and the views are to die for. I will definitely be back. The hosts were incredibly helpful in letting us know of the which touristy things to try.

We spent two nights at Windsong Cottage and enjoyed it immensely. It's cozy, roomy, clean, quiet and close to grocery shopping and hiking trails. We loved eating in and enjoying the beautiful view. The large bed was comfy as was the living room couch for sitting and talking. We enjoyed the hot tub. The owner was friendly and helpful. We'd...

This was an idyllic place to stay on a weekend with my daughter. Waking up to look up at the sky through the skylight gave a feeling of being in nature, but the cottage was very luxurious. The wood stove made it cozy and the fresh flowers, fruit, and fresh orange juice in the fridge made us feel special and...
