The Beachcomber only has 7 studio rooms, all on the second floor (no elevator) with 7 parking places below, a bit tight entering/leaving if you have a large car. There is no food service. Grace was a great host interested in assuring our stay was a good one. The Beachcomber has very nice, moderately large rooms with a comfortable king...

This small inn has just seven rooms over a covered parking area. Our room had an excellent kitchenette, a king sized bed, and a compact bathroom which had a great overhead shower in the tub. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There was a gas fireplace and large flatscreen t.v. The landing housed the ice machine. The Internet...

I don't know why this is in the B&B section. It is a motel. There is no breakfast, nor common area. Before booking my stay here, I made a list of negatives based on previous reviews, but I decided that the location, price, and all the positive reviews outweighed them. Some of the negatives turned out not to be problems...

We stayed at this adorable little place a few weeks ago. It only has 7 rooms. It's right downtown, close to everything! The woman Gracie runs a tight ship with this little place. Then entire place has been remodeled and there are so many extra little things that are included with this room. Super comfy beds (my husband wanted to...

Comfortable spacious room, comfy bed, convenient parking and good location. All at a reasonable price. Easy to walk around the town and to the pier. In an old-fashioned seaside town. Just what we needed after LA!

The BeachComber Inn was truly a great find on a recent road trip. The location is great and Grace is definitely the "hostess with the mostess"; very gracious and friendly. We Stayed in room 7, which is a large and recently remodeled room with a bit of a view. We were very comfortable and were sorry we could not stay...

My wife and I had a very comfortable stay in room 7. It was a large, spotless room with a small kitchen. Some reviewers complained of noise, but it was quiet when we were there midweek in Winter. The night was chilly, and the gas fireplace in the room worked well.

We stayed here two nights and frantically organised this by phone on the way to Pismo beach. Staff were brilliant, old fashioned in that they took my reservation by phone and trusted that. This place has a 70s-80s decor, including the fake gas fireplace. I would love this if I was there in December. Kitsch but gorgeous. That aside, bed...
