The room was big and relaxing , with a nice big T.V. With hbo and showtime. Not so quite, but overall we enjoyed our stay. It was nice having a liquor store next door. It was our little vacation. The staff was very nice
I've stayed here twice now while on the way to Arizona. This is a PET FRIENDLY motel, and my (large) dog and I enjoyed our stay. I was able to comfortably walk my dog on the quiet neighborhood side streets.
Horrible experience at this hotel. Staff is very rude and not helpful. The General Manager Raj Bhakta does not return messages. I traveled to Los Angeles for a work event. I lost my photo ID on the trip. They wouldn't let me check into my hotel room for the night even though I had a photo of my ID on my phone and the credit card I used to pay for the room. Instead of offering a solution, they just told me they could not help me. When I asked if I would be refunded, they said yes. It never happened. I followed up multiple times. Staff at front desk sits there and watches TV and then is rude when you actually need help.
Bloody sheets, granola bar breakfast, poor service. Don’t stay here unless it is your last resort. I would have left after the first night if I could have canceled my reservation. I specifically searched for hotels with breakfast. I complained after the first morning seeing granola bars and yogurt. Not what I was expecting.
The room was nice, AC worked very well. Bathroom was clean and shower worked well. The only complaint was the bed was so hard that I woke up with massive back pain and the street racing at night was a problem.
The pros include a friendly staff who gave us extra towels, coffee, and cups when we requested, a large walk in shower with a rain shower head, orange juice and oatmeal for breakfast. The cons include dirty hair in the blow dryer, cigarette burns on the bedspread, paper thin walls through which yelling and banging could be heard until 3am, a TV remote that doesn’t have a menu or settings button, and no designated potty area for dogs.
Great hotel to stay at, ez access to freeway and attractions super clean and super friendly. Premises highly maintained with walking distance to local eating and target. At the risk of giving away my secret stay, this place is awesome. Don't confuse this hotel with others around it, this is a 5 star stay.
They charge $40/night per pet which seems high for such a crummy motel. The parking lot is full of people smoking weed--I guess b/c they can't do it in the rooms? Weird though. The rooms are fine but really ugly--I mean like someone went out of their way to pick the ugliest carpet pattern mismatched with the ugliest bedspread and circa 1993 furniture styles. Room smelled slightly of sewage and the toilet is cracked so maybe that's why?
We only stayed here for 2 days. But me and my girlfriend both noticed we had trouble breathing after turning on the ac so we turned it off. It seems like that did it. We both got sick frok the visit ajd she had to go to the emergency room. The bathroom and room looked clean but the air conditioner seemed like it was not disinfected well.
This motel is just plain horrible . I booked a reservation for one night checking in at 10 pm on 10/26 and I checked out before 8 am PST on 10/27 . Five minutes prior to checking out ? I noticed that the sink would not turn off and water was flowing down onto the floor . I physically checked out and handed over the key before saying verbally that the sink is broken to the front desk clerk named Tyler and around 10:30 am PST , the manager charged me $400 for the sink that I verbally declared was broken and was not working upon checkout . I called the manager at +1 (626) 449-3020 and explained the situation hi Tyler ( the front desk clerk who claimed that he was also the manager ) and stated that he was blaming me for the broken sink and flooded floor which he assessed 3 hours after I declared the sink was broken . He told me he couldn't help me and hung up .…
