Stayed one night at pasadena lodge. It doesnt look so much from the outside but the rooms are newly renovated and the area is quiet. A place i would recommend. Brilliant service from thenowner and his wife.

I stayed with my family we were all very pleased to stay. The hotel is being remodel. The room we stayed at was really nice we had no cable TV do to the remodel, but the Wi-Fi was really good my kids watch movies on their tablet. If you are looking for a family hotel this is the one.

The outside of the hotel needs a facelift; that being said it is in the process of being updated. The inside of the room was very comfortable and nice! WiFi worked great, nice bathroom, and LOTS of lighting. Usually with hotels you get the one lamp in the corner sort of light, but his has actual ceiling lighting! Hotel manager is extremely helpful and will go out of his way to make sure you get the help you need. Neutral: parking adequate, but hey its California

Upon arriving mid-day, I had to ring a doorbell to get into the office. That scared me a bit. I also noticed a room with black over the windows and busted glass. Our room looked ok, so we proceeded with the stay. It was fairly clean. The floor could have used another mopping. We had to ask for towels. Room appeared to be recently remodeled. Bed was comfortable. No closet - just a coat rack to hang clothes on. No hangars. No coffee in the room or office. Old food still in the refrigerator and the frost in the freezer part was multi-colored. The heater did not work. When we told them they gave us another blanket & said we could change rooms the next day. We decided to stick with the room we had not knowing what the issues would be with a new one. Would not stay again.…
