Very friendly staff, fast check-in, thank you for great service,Pasadena is a great place visit .This location is great and conveniently centered to everything , with each of my visits, the rooms are very clean, which is why I return to this location, I really thank the staff for their service and kindness.
Great Location and Modern Rooms at a great price. The location is perfectly located in the heart of Pasadena, laundromat and restaurants in walking distance, too! I would highly recommend this property!
There was no electricity at the hotel due to construction on the street, I had already paid and booked the room in advance and when i showed up the only notice that power was out was a small piece of paper taped on the window when i checked in. I was sitting in my room in complete darkness for an hour before the power came on. There were long curly black hairs all over the pillows and sheets of the bed, thankfully I had blankets in my car to lay over them so I didn't have to sleep in a random person's hair. The toilet paper roll only had a few pieces left, and the shampoo and lotion bottles were half empty, the room smelled musty and gross. Would not recommend staying here even for cheap price.
I booked this room on hotel tonight App. Very Fast Booking Process. Call front desk for any issues. Check-in and Check-out was very Fast. I will recommend for anyone looking for a last minute booking. The rooms have Direct TV with good movies playing. They have Coffee and Snacks for Breakfast. It was a really quiet location with gas station and 7 Eleven close by.
The room was dirty and the forniture was extremely basic, the bed was not so comfortable and a cockroach was walking in the bathroom. Free parking is a plus but for the price paid, not worth it at all
La Casa Inn was a great value and a pleasant stay during my time at Pasadena. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the wifi was good. As someone who likes to sleep in icy cold conditions, the room’s AC did the job well. There’s plenty of parking on site as well, and the location is near several restaurants, a laundry mat, a Target and shopping center. It’s also near a LA Metro rail station in case someone wants to go to downtown LA or elsewhere. What stuck out to me were two things. First, I’m a bit forgetful and I lost the keycard to my room. The person on staff was understanding and quickly gave me a new card. The second was that I needed to do some minor car maintenance on the parking lot. Another person on staff came out to see if I needed a jump start. While I didn’t need it (I was just replacing my headlight bulbs), I appreciated the gesture! Overall, I was impressed with La Casa Inn. If I’m around Pasadena again, I’ll be sure to book there again. Tips: - For laundry, I suggest going to Pasadena Laundry, which is a couple of couples to the west of the motel. - I was in town to visit the Huntington Library. La Casa Inn is about 7-10 minutes away from the site, so commuting there is relatively painless even during rush hour. - The refrigerator in the room isn’t cold, but does the job well enough. The microwave also goods ramen pretty well, in case you were wondering. - There’s plenty of parking at the Target nearby, in case you need any thing. - The ice machine is in working order, but be sure to get your ice before 6-7pm. Other guests will quickly empty it! - The walls are a bit thin. This wasn’t a problem until my last evening when the guest(s) in the next room decided to watch TV all-night at the highest volume. Be considerate to your neighbors!…
Clean, small, nothing fancy. Over priced except that there was a huge festival explaining the price. The managers were nice. Some people took up more than one parking space- the the owners let us park in a non specified spot. Plate 38 close by is a great place to eat and drink.
The room was fine. I slept well, which was what I wanted. It is an older place along Rt 66, so that was interesting. I liked the fact that there is a fridge and microwave in the room. Breakfast was a selection of OK pastries/muffins and coffee. My only negative was that being an older building the walls were a bit thin. We lucked out and the TV next door wasn't too loud and was turned off fairly early. I'd stay there again if I pass through.
Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, price was right and close to restaurants & gas stations. This old school motor lodge style place has classic A frame lobby & small pool. We would stay again!
This was close enough to walk or Lyft all over Pasadena. Great little place with a kind and attentive staff. This was one of the last legs of a long trip for us and we just wanted to relax and check out the local sights. Great little inn!
