This was my third visit to The Canyon Club. Really great pool which is cool to get some relief from the heat with misters around the sun loungers etc. The rooms are always cleaned well etc. Breakfast is good with a reasonable selection. Parking can be a bit of a problem as day pass visitors use the car park too...

visited here overnight with my friend recently, and have come here on a day pass many times before just to use the large pool for a few years now. so i wasn't overly familiar with rooms or other services. This place is falling apart now. paint peeling everywhere. chunks of plaster missing. lobby STILL looks like a messy garage. the...

What a great place to stay. Chris and his entire staff have been wonderful, friendly, outgoing and most helpful. Because of the roof construction, they offered a free Labor Day Weekend BBQ complete with DJ. The property is quiet during the late night hours and it is wonderful to spend time at the pool and/or jacuzzi after midnight in the...

I like this place .until .the Owner came to me while I was laying down on the sun. I was playing vidos games in my cell phone, he came and accused me of taking pictures of the guest.the pool area was empty for the last 2 hours it was only me .and there were only 3 people in the hotel...

We visited this hotel for the July 4th weekend. The property really could use a little TLC. There was paint peeling everywhere and it just looked rundown. The staff was also not terribly friendly and the owner was obnoxious. The hotel had a "play" party on Friday night and there was incredibly loud music going until 3 am. We really...

Have stayed at Canyon Club in Palm Springs many times and am never disappointed. Chris the owner is friendly and always willing to help his guests to have their best stay as possible. Patrick and Richard at the front desk were equally helpful and made all feel welcome and wanting to return to this beautiful resort. Eliseo did an excellent...

I must agree with the last reviewer. I haven't actually stayed at Canyon Club for many years but I have used it as a day pass visit on my trips to P.S. The owners or managers have always been very nice. On a visit a couple of months ago, I believe one of the owners explained to me that a...

Used to love Canyon Club but lately I have had some issues......Ben is rude and generally complains about his job constantly! Richard is friendly and staff-focused :) I love Chris alot as an owner he has always been so cool :) Other than the pricing switch I experienced and the unprofessionalism from Ben I wont say anything bad about Canyon...

Recently, I took a much needed vacation to Palm Springs. I booked the Canyon Club Hotel because it was relatively inexpensive and in a good area to kind of walk about and explore. That said I will give you the high points... 1.) The owners were really nice. I got a nice warm welcome and shown to my room. 2.)...
