Kitchen was not clean. Neither bedroom had a chest to put your clothes. Air conditioning was not great. Hard time to find parking. They had nothing in the way of a little store just in case you forgot something or wanted something to munch on. Pool is OK and the children area very nice. The weekends are a zoo here.

We wanted a place near downtown Palm Springs but not in the middle of it and Palm Canyon Resort fit the bill. Very nice resort with a great pool and service bar. The staff at the pool were outstanding and are one of the reasons we will definitely be going back. Beautiful view of the west mountains as you sit...

This property is like all of the diamond resorts they need updated. They are slowly updating they were working on the lobby and exercise area. The pool is the best part of the property. The location is perfect for local hikes and recreation.

We booked a 3 bedroom and there were 3 couples, it is not fancy but it is clean and roomy. The pools are great and they have a pool bar. The only draw back is there is no BBQ. We enjoy cooking on property so that was a bit of a challenge. The kitchen is small but we made it...

Had a wonderful time at this resort! They have a great pool with a full bar and food to enjoy while lounging around. I took advantage of that every morning and the bartender I believe his name was Rob was very kind and helpful and he made a great Bloody Mary. It helped make my stay even more enjoyable. I...

Many of the reviews seem a little tough on this resort. Our one bedroomed unit was well equipped and had plenty of space. It was expensive as there were only two of us but as part of a long trip we appreciated the space, the ability to make our own meals and use the laundry facilities. We explored the local...

This was my second stay here. I would love to recommend it but I can't because of the fact that employees all seem unhappy to work here. They were polite but the vibe from the employees was just off. Front desk just ignored us when we came in... there was some problem with a guest in front of us so...

The woman at the reception promised to put us at the top floor to have a view. We finally got the second in front of the gym that was very noisy at 8 in the morning. Didn't like the music in the hotel and some disrespectful people. Either way the room was good . Beware after you check in, they...

I am a longtime timeshare owner who plans vacations ahead of time. Booked 2 night stay for 2 bedroom unit for April 10-12. Last night, after a 4 hr nonstop trip, we arrived late in Palm Springs and went straight to eat. Called the resort around 730pm to tell them that we are still coming and was told our room...

I don't understand how this place gets such weak reviews. This was our 2nd time staying at the Palm Canyon and had very positive experiences both times. We are a family of 5, got the 2 bedroom room and enjoyed every aspect of this resort. The prices we've paid on Spring Break are very good, especially for the Palm Springs...
