Nice little rooms, the fact that the rooms look outdated really gives it a real attraction. Quiet place facing the Mountains with a nice size pool. Great staff. Will tell my Family and Friends about this place 😳😁

This place is truely a 1950 style hotel. When I arrived the housekeeper had to check me in by calling the manager via intercom. I should add that NO ONE was ever in the office for the overnight stay that I was there. It was always dark and a number to call if you had problems. Thankfully there were no...

You want to know and appreciate a little history of Palm Springs before you stay here. You have to know that this used to be the playground of the stars, with the Salton Sea being like the Mediterranean of America. Hence, a long strip of hotels and motels that look like something out of a 1950's movie, or Nuke Town...

The gate around the place had a bike lock around it for security and every time we entered or exited we had to make sure we had two hands just to be able to unlock it and then put the bike lock back on. It would have been a lot more annoying if I had brought a bunch of stuff....

We came to stay here and could tell from the outside the place needed to be updated. We checked in with the owner who is really nice and she did explain she is in the process of getting each room updated with new bathrooms etc. We were placed in a room with a kitchen (very old) 2 beds and a...

We are really not that fussy, but come on! Pillow cases as chair covers, an empty beer bottle in a thrift store (at best) dresser in the bathroom, a FILTHY AND GROSS shower curtain... We never even unpacked our stuff. We were terribly misled about this place and it's "charm". The last time I was in NYC, we stayed in...

Just stayed here last night. Made a booking in booking.com for $49.99 but were charged $57.50 on arrival. Once we realised we had been over charged we tried to sort it out with someone but there was no one around so I contacted aloha via email. They replied but my dispute was ignored. There is no one here to talk...

The city charges tax and if you look online or on your reservation you will see where it is but booking.com does not do addition. We have never overcharged . We charge what the rate is and we tell you when you register. No one may be in the office but we are a phone call away and may be...

If you love American kitch you will love this hotel. Add it to your Classic American Road Trip itinerary. Original 50's relic with adorable details. All rooms are situated around the pool which gets great sun all day long. The office has a little shop that sells inflatable pool toys and the swaying palm trees add the classic mid century...

The proprietor is very nice. This is not a fancy place, but my room was like a little apartment with a kitchen, a hall, plenty of closets, etc. It is what it is, not luxurious in the least, and I have no complaints whatsoever. The price is right and it is clean and I didn't find anything missing. I wanted...
