Very clean and smart rooms, very quiet location and relaxed atmosphere around the pool. Humming birds! There are two restaurants next door that belong to the same owners that get very busy. I think it would be a great benefit if residents could have preferential bookings. The pool was lovely and clean with fresh towels and cold water available. Drinks...

Couldn't think of a better location for a quiet weekend. Walk rating is a 10 and great food close by. Clean rooms and warm pool. Great staff. Shower heads need an upgrade for sure, but would go back in a heartbeat.

I was there for a wedding and the entire hotel was booked for the wedding, so my experience might be a little different than the average hotel guest. It was a lovely spot and it seemed like a very cool place to get married. It sounded from talking to other guests that the hotel was in various stages of an...

In the heart of downtown is Alcazar. Contemporary, clean, cozy, casual lodging. Hotel is associated with Birba dining and Cheeky cafe. The surroundings is calm, inviting, and intimate. Some rooms have outdoor patio with a perfect spot for enjoying a book or a glass of wine or chatting with friends. Helpful staff and have everything you need. Great experience staying...

This had the makings of a nice place to stay for a few days in Palm Springs.Good location. Spanish Colonial architectural style, what could be bad? Unfortunately it turned out to be a glorified motel, and at that, not too glorified. On the positive side the pool was nice. The room patio could have been nice but unfortunately it backed...

This is a cute little hotel that is very centrally located too bad it needs some updates to bring it into the next level. The rooms are spacious but lack the updates to make this a quaint and cozy hotel. The bathrooms are circa 1990 with formica tops and dated faucets. There is HUGE potential here but carpeted floors are...

Wonderful place to stay. Helpful and friendly staff, beautiful courtyard, relaxing pool and hot tub, flowers growing everywhere--the jasmine smelled fabulous. Delicious croissants in the morning. My patio on the mountain-side room was a bit noisy due to the nearby (good-food) restaurant; however, when the French doors were closed, it was silent.

Great place! This is our third year staying here, rooms are big and clean, the grounds are outstanding, and it's a block off the main drag of Palm Springs, close to everything. The staff is very helpful and friendly and it's a pleasure to stay there. If you're looking for a quiet, out of the way place, close to anything...

I loved staying here. glad it was not filled with 21-year-olds either. Rooms are decorated cool and love the private patio. The place has bikes to ride into town which is super close to the hotel. I would most def stay there again.

We were able to come to the desert for three nights for our anniversary last week. As soon as I walk thru the gates I start to feel relaxed. The rooms are simple, very clean and all white, which adds to the restfulness. We like to bring our dog, so we get a room with the patio. The pool is...
