My husband and I have visited Palm Springs several times in the past, trying a few different resorts. We fell in love with one in particular. As we looked to return, our chosen resort was booked solid, so we landed at Santiago and hoped for the best. Boy did we get it! From the minute you arrive, you feel welcomed...

Two points if your amazing review that I'd like to highlight: 1. Anyone sensitive to noise should consider an upstairs room. This is a point we try to communicate as much as possible. Some people have no issues, but the few who do, we try to head off ahead of time. Always glad to see this tip passed along. 2....

Talk about a great experience! It was amazing - and the place is beautiful! Ok...that's all I'm going to write! I don't want this place to be so popular that the prices go up - or there aren't any rooms available when I call to book! Let me just say, we will be back - ANY and EVERY time we...

This place was everything we were hoping it would be but were scared it wouldn't be. You hear so many horror stories of gay resorts in Palm Springs being seedy or trashy and this was exactly the opposite. These guys are running things on point and everything was absolutely fabulous. We stayed in a king suite upstairs and all of...

It was our first time in Palm Springs and we couldn't have been more pleased with our choice. John-Michael, Bob, and the rest of the staff were gracious, welcoming and attentive. Breakfast, catered lunch, and 24/7 snacks from the Cantina were included. Large pool, hot tub, fire pit, hammocks, plenty of padded lounge chairs - what more could we have...

Santiago has always been great for us, but it's gotten better lately. They have kicked up the service and made it so welcoming and comfortable. They are attentive and friendly, which makes you not want to leave. We had a great time with other guests and it is so peaceful within the grounds. We really had a fantastic stay, and...

My friend and I had booked into another resort with a high rating, only to be so disappointed we left after one day, even though we paid for two. Our other choice was Santiago Resort. From the moment we arrived and met John-Michael, it was an excellent experience from arrival to leaving. Beautiful grounds, well kept and super clean. The...

This was our seventh visit and we were pleasantly surprised by the new and updated resort. Simple clean and well appointed rooms including comfortable beds, southwest influenced decor, in room safes, microwave, refrigerator with additional amenities such as snacks, lotions, shampoos, and conditioners. A well appointed continental breakfast and tasty boxed lunches are included. The meticulous ground and large sparkling...

The Santiago Resort was very accommodating and was a pleasant place to stay. The staff was extraordinarily nice, the grounds well kept, the pool and jacuzzi were delightful. The rooms were comfortable and clean, I agree with a previous review that the bathrooms, although perfectly adequate, deserve a refresh. The crowd was perfectly lovely; it is definitely not an energetic...

The Santiago sounds great on TA and because of all the glowing reviews it receives on here I thought i would give it a try. Well, it is a nice place, but beware of snake oil salesmen.
