Sorry I missed this months ago. I'd say it's as infant friendly as any upscale hotel in California. I would not expect a diaper pail and welcome basket of wipes. But it's not somewhere that folks will scorn.
The Ritz is in Rancho Mirage - a bit of a
drive from Palm Springs. It's stunning. Just did a review of our stay.
Didn't use the spa (just the gym) but walked in and it looked lovely. They have day packages, I think.
