Our trip was awful! We paid for the entire weekend but ended up leaving on saturday night because we felt unsafe. The owner was drunk throughout our stay and took the liberty to walk into our guest rooms unannounced and without invite!!!! Stay AWAY!

I am just winding down a fabulous trip. This small, excellent hotel has been a pure pleasure to relax and have the time to "wind down". The management sees that your every need is taken care of if it is possible. The pool is sparkling clean and the spa is a perfect 104! I had a great unit with a... More

My partner and I were vacationg in San Diego and the weather turned bad on us. So we decided to check out Palm springs since I had never been there. I searched on the internet and found The Palm Tee Hotel and WOW!!! We were greeted at the gate by JJ the very personable proprieter, and he knew our names!... More

Being a 20 year hospitality veteran, I truly appreciated the attention and service we received from proprietor Joseph James of Palm Tee Hotel. It was my grand daughter's first trip to Palm Springs, she loved the hotel and will always remember the trip. The hotel is small with nice, large and clean rooms. I found the place I'll always stay... More

As I walked onto the grounds, I was greated right away by friendly staff that were there to please. I was taken back by the unique decor and welcoming surroundings. Just to cool. It felt like "Old Palm Spring", beautiful!! I was given a tour of the rooms, there was the Frank Sinatra Room, the Lucy room ect. He let... More

I had my suspicions about this place. While checking in the manger “JJ” opened a drawer full of room-keys to sort through. It was so unorganized, yet so elementary! It took him several minutes to locate my room key. That was just the beginning… My stay included several requests for necessities that should have already been provided. Such as; toilet... More

Definitely not recommended! The new owner has no sense of customer service, very rude, and apparently a drunk. When I arrived to check in there was no one at the front desk, so I had to wait about 20 minutes for the owner/manager (JJ) arrived. He had not prepared any of the rooms as far as stocking towels, soap, toilet... More

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I made plans to stay at the hotel to celebrate a good friend's 40th birthday. When I called to make my reservation, the manager (JJ) took my credit card information and asked me to call him before heading to the hotel on the day of my trip. On the day of... More

I have stayed at the Palm Tee successfully for several years and watched it undergo different managers. It appears it has changed hands again late last year. The new manager JJ appears to be very inexperienced, and also does not seem to think of the comforts of either his guests or the neighbors around him -- they play loud disco/show... More

In January my husband and I stayed at the Palm Tee hotel. The proprietor, JJ, was the nicest and friendliest owner we have ever encountered. He met our requests promptly and made sure we were comfortable and felt at home. The suite was large, clean and comfortable.
