The Saguaro is a nice three star hotel in a great five star city. George efficiently checked me in as he seemed to be the one and only employee in sight. As I got in the elevator I noticed a stale smell that was noticeable throughout my wing of the hotel. The room was neat and clean, but the air...

This is a fun and crazy Palm Springs hotel. All pink, orange, and other flamboyant colors the picture tells it all. Funny blow up tows in the pool and music playing around the property. We had lovely massages at the spa, lunch at the pool, and found plenty of space to read in the shade. If you are seeking peace...

I was here for a conference and was blown AWAY by the colour, beauty, and backdrop of the common areas. The pool was picturesque and the water was perfect for my pasty, winter, Canadian skin. Service poolside and in the main area was on-point and the front desk staff resolved a problem quickly and courteously. I only had drinks &...

The postcardesque, Instagramable hotel was the location of Alt Summit. Everything was super nice. The receiptionists, bartender, maids and even the workers onsite were pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The decor was adorable. The pool was one of the nicest amenities. I'll be back!

The Saguaro is a very fun and colorful hotel. The staff is friendly and the hotel is perfect for lounging and relaxing in the Palm Springs sun. The event rooms are perfect for a conference or event, making it easy to get from room to room.

Came in for 'Taco Tuesday' only to find the bar was closed for a private event. No where does it say (social media, website) that El Jefe would be closed. Would recommend calling the hotel to confirm hours of operation. Highly frustrating! Poor, poor management!

The Saguaro looks fun from the minute you arrive - it is bright, colourful and vibrant. The rooms were good perhaps a little dated but comfortable. We visited in December and the hotel seemed very empty and as such no real atmosphere. I think the hotel would be brilliant in busier months as it is the sort of place that...

Stayed here as part of a mini solo getaway the "hotel" (it was more like a motel). Paid almost $200 for the night. The room color was "loud" the hallways were dirty looking and smelled musty, it was extremely dated, there were no amenities in the restroom, and while I bring my own it's nice to have hand soap and...

I got this hotel from Price line & on their list they said is a 4 stars hotel. We were so disappointed. This is not 4 stars hotel. This is a motel. The adjustment gave very mis leading information. I really don't know who give stars to this hotel. One big mistake I did was I didn't go read the...

My husband and I booked this at the last minute because we were doing a 5K in Palm Springs and needed to be there by 6:30 in the morning. The hotel is ridiculously colorful. The hallways have purple carpet and green, orange and yellow doors to the hotel rooms. Our room had purple carpet, a yellow bed, green back board...
