We have been staying at the Ingleside for nearly 20 yrs. We love the serenity and beauty & history of the Inn beside the mountain. The grounds are lovely, the staff is attentive and a pleasure to revisit year after year. Melvyn's restaurant and after dinner lounge has it all, great cuisine, atmosphere and entertainment. Even tho Ingleside is walking...

I stay at the Ingleside Inn in Beautiful Palm Springs upt to 18 times a year. The friendly Resort environment is just awesome! The 32 unique rooms/suites (many with fireplaces) are Fairly priced. The Lawn around the pool is the perfect place for guests to gather for fun in the sun while enjoying full drink and food menus poolside. The...

This was the first time I stayed at the Ingleside Inn. Well, you certainly get what you pay for. I opted for the lowest price room, and was given room 139. Small, old, tired, dated, dark, very noisy, and depressing are the descriptors that come to mind to describe this room. The room's two pluses were the updated bathroom and...

This past summer we came apon a week where both of our kids were away - one at camp, other with a friend out of state. We decided to take advantage and booked a trip to Palm Springs. We had never been before but searched for a place that had ambience and would serve a fancy drink at the pool....

We have visited Palm Springs several times and can only say that we wish we had found the Ingleside Inn the first time we visited as we would never have stayed anywhere else. The staff at this hotel have been nothing short of incredible - obviously they are dedicated to the hotel and to it's guests as we could not...

Wow, talk about going back in time......Old Palm Springs at it's "Hey-Day" I toured the grounds (and bar) recently and was amazed with the impeccable courtyard and grounds. The lobby looked like time had stood still from the 50's (Not in a bad way) Then we entered the bar, lots of old(er) Palm Spring-ites were hanging around the lounge area....

The hotel room, grounds, pool and staff were excellent. Though lacking in chrome and splash this grand hotel made up for it with class. Dinner at the hotel restaurant, Melvin's was truly an experience. The wait staff was amazing. Our waiter made the wilted spinach at our table and serve up the best Chateau Briand I have ever had. I...

I have been coming to the Ingleside Inn for 15 years. My latest week's stay was as great as my first stay here. The Inn is filled with antiques and atmosphere, with stunning vistas of gardens and mountains even though it's right in the middle of Palm Springs. You feel isolated here in your own special hacienda, peaceful and surrounded...

I took Grandma to dinner here, loved it, and three days later took my husband to spend the weekend. What a find! It's charming, quirky, and within walking distance of downtown, which, if you go on a Thursday night, has a great street fair. It's quirky because you need to be careful about the room you select...they're all rather different....

Hi There, Just wanted to say that when we booked with hotels.com and saw the pictures of this lovely inn, we thought what a great place to stay. Upon arrival late in the evening we were given one of the rooms in the back of the hotel up on the second floor. The room was not very nice at all,...
