I happened to find this beautiful UTOPIA in the desert by researching "boutique" hotels in Palm Springs. Once I stayed there I was hooked!! The staff is not only very professional, they all have such a "personal-caring attitude" and treat you as if you were the only person at the Inn. Melvyn's is the most unique lounge/restaurant......kind of like the...

This was our first time we stayed here, and it was for our 29th Anniversary. The atmosphere was reminiscent of another time, when Frank Sinatra, Marilyn Monroe, and the like would have have stayed here.. Melvyn's Restaurant was outstanding. The people were very friendly and helpful. The beautiful grounds have the backdrop of the nearby mountains, close to downtown, but...

We first came to Ingleside in August 2010. I did a Tripadvisor review of the property at that time and we NEVER stay anywhere else when we're in the desert. LOVE the staff (Hi Armeda, Karen, Hal, Dan and Jose). LOVE the location. LOVE the grounds. Love the Club Sandwich for lunch at poolside. It's our home in the desert.

My husband and I love the Ingleside Inn. The rooms are beautifully appointed; the staff is friendly and courteous and very eager to attend to every guest's needs; the grounds are meticulously maintained; and the location is walking distance to shopping on Palm Canyon Drive. There is a wonderful restaurant on the premises called Melvyn's. Aside from the wonderful cuisine...

We've been staying at the Ingleside Inn for about12 years now and we've never been disappointed. It's a pretty simple, quiet and tucked away hotel so if you're looking for a place with a huge pool and slides for your kids, this place is not for you. However, if you're looking for a quiet place to relax, get great food...

We have been staying at the Ingleside for nearly 20 yrs. We love the serenity and beauty & history of the Inn beside the mountain. The grounds are lovely, the staff is attentive and a pleasure to revisit year after year. Melvyn's restaurant and after dinner lounge has it all, great cuisine, atmosphere and entertainment. Even tho Ingleside is walking...

The Lawn around the pool is the perfect place for guests to gather for fun in the sun while enjoying full drink and food menus poolside. The...

This was the first time I stayed at the Ingleside Inn. Well, you certainly get what you pay for. I opted for the lowest price room, and was given room 139. Small, old, tired, dated, dark, very noisy, and depressing are the descriptors that come to mind to describe this room. The room's two pluses were the updated bathroom and...

This past summer we came apon a week where both of our kids were away - one at camp, other with a friend out of state. We decided to take advantage and booked a trip to Palm Springs. We had never been before but searched for a place that had ambience and would serve a fancy drink at the pool....

We have visited Palm Springs several times and can only say that we wish we had found the Ingleside Inn the first time we visited as we would never have stayed anywhere else.
