Really great location. We booked on Expedia and were looking more at affordability than location and turns out this is the BEST location if you are riding sauaw. Awesome history there. As Ilon pass holders you can take the tram up to Olympic Museum and check out some cool stuff.

great price to be on the mountain, so close to the lifts. We had a loft unit and it was surprisingly large and had a mini full kitchen - kind of dated but all worked great and was super clean. We look forward to staying there again

Thank you so much for this kind review! We are very happy to hear that you and your 8-year old enjoyed the vacation. We do not heat the pool in the winter, but we have many guests who do "the polar bear challenge"... when you jump into the freezing pool and then slowly warm up in the hot tub. :) Again, thank you for the wonderful review, we hope to see you again soon!

Is it a problem in July/August not having air conditioning?
Generally in Tahoe it is pleasant 70 degrees and air conditioning is not necessary. If it gets warm we have fans in all the rooms to help move the air.
