If you need to get away, you have found your destination. This lodge has great common areas both inside the lodge (filled with comfortable, attractive furniture and decor), and throughout its beautiful English/California mixed garden. The garden was in full bloom during our June visit. The entire lodge was filled with a wedding party and the whole area was bursting...

Found this place on Trip Advisor and stayed there last night. It was one of few places I've seen on the internet that actually live up to the pictures and description. The rooms were clean, the staff very friendly and knowledgeable, and the restaurant was close, reasonably priced and very good. I had reserved room 11 on the recommendation of...

This was our first visit to this part of the state - loved Point Reyes. As we drove in, we were full of anticipation. Unfortunately, it was a long drive and our son-in-law ran in to use the restroom, we had two suites booked for two nights, but it was only 1:15 and check in was 3:00, and they were...

Enjoyed 1 great evening here. Had a late check in and the key with a map was waiting for our arrival and the lights were left on for us in our room. The grounds the next morning are beautiful to walk around and enjoy during the day. Along with their complimentary breakfast. Wish we didn't have such a short visit,...

I love me a good B&B. And I really wanted this lodge to be good. Really adorable on the outside; friendly staff; good continental breakfast; walking distance from Sir and the Star restaurant; and no two night stay minimum. But after taking two long hours to finally fall asleep that night thanks to a 1) loud humming coming from something...

I booked a stay at the Point Reyes Seashore Lodge because we were eating at Sir and Star across the street and didn't want to deal with driving home afterward. Got there in the late afternoon during a storm and got to sit at the window seat in our room and watch the flooded stream (more interesting than it sounds)...

I had a couple of days tacked on to business trip to visit Point Reyes (a personal favorite), I had eaten at the restaurant, bought sandwiches from the deli on other trips. So, I thought I would try the lodge. Reserved late and got the last remaining room for the weekend which was a suite. Loft bed, high ceilings, fireplace,...

I went with my family on an overnight trip to Pt Reyes. We were able to get a last minute booking for MLK weekend, which was great. The rooms were nicely furnished and decorated, although a little small. One pleasant surprise is that although you're on a main road, rooms are very quiet. The fireplace is a nice touch. Breakfast...

We came here with our grandchildren because it was close to the horse stable where we were booked for horse-back riding. The rooms are really clean and well-acquainted. They don't mind if you bring in a futon so a kid could sleep on the floor. We love the groups. Interesting gardens! You can't tell there's all that from the front...
