We were pleasantly surprised how great the Inn was. Very clean, well appointed, Our room was very large with everything you would need. Balconies are great places to sit and relax. Sitting outside for breakfast was delightful. Landscaping is lovely. Mosaic Iguana in front of office and Sea Serpent around spa are great eye catchers. Owners have done a great...

I have stayed here a few times now, and it is so peaceful. The Casitas are lively, and the plants and flowers are so beautiful. Breakfast in the morning, under the large oak tree is always a special treat!

Located in a very quiet location. Spanish style casitas and grounds are expertly maintained. Immaculate inside and fully equipped with everything you need. Our kitchen had all the essentials. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. Bakery items and fruit was very fresh. Breakfast seating on lawn under oak tree or on the veranda. Beautiful place even prettier than...

My college roommates and I gathered at Blue Iguana last weekend for a wedding in the area. I can't say enough good things about the inn! We loved our suites--between us, we had three different two-beds and a one-bed, all of which were delightfully appointed, clean and comfortable. If I could've taken the bed and sheets home with me, I...

We always travel with our dogs to Ojai (we go for the area hiking rather than the town) and have been pretty disappointed with dog-friendly lodging in the past. It seems it's either astronomically expensive or uncomfortably run down (and still over priced). Blue Iguana, however, was a delightful surprise. The staff is very friendly, the modified-Mission decor is cute...

I found this place online and decided to give it a try. I was so pleased. The garden surrounding the pool fills the air with a baeutiful scent. The patio was a perfect place to sip my ine at night and my coffee in the morning. I loved the big jetted tub in my room and the place looked like...

We stayed here for a week largely because the location was convenient for our needs, but found it a charming and relaxing place to spend time. The Blue Iguana is beautifully designed, with Gaudi-inspired ceramic sculptures, pueblo-style architecture, and a brilliant use of space, so that even though the site is quite small, on a main road, and (especially when...

I've stayed at the Ojai Resort and Spa, which is wonderful but expensive. Here you can have as much charm and as peaceful a rest for less than half the price. The staff is nice, the grounds are attractive, and even though my room was near a busy road it was quiet. I had a room to myself but my...

Originally planned as a getaway for 3 to celebrate a dear friends' 50th birthday, it turned out to be a getaway for 5. We stayed at Casa Alegre, 2 bedroom one bath unit, but we were most comfortable. The unit is self contained with ALL the amenities of home. Beautifully decorated, upgraded linens, spacious, and almost complete kitchen utensils! The...

We stayed In Room 5 for a week which we categorized as a little bungalow with a living room, full kitchen and a bedroom with a king bed. We were greeted with a smile from Diana and upon check in she walked us to our room and explained where the amenities were located. The Blue Iguana is in a very...
