Since 2002 my husband and I have been travelling from Ireland each summer to spend 2 great relaxing weeks in North Coast Village.Initially we traveled with our 2 teenage daughters and rented a 3 bed split level condo. More recently we travel, just the 2 of us and rent unit A223, which is a one bed-roomed condo in the smaller...

Our experiences here have been wonderful. The location is fantastic. The beach is family friendly and quiet. We return every chance we get. Located well for military families, too. The harbor location provides a lot of good food.

North Coast Village is safe, well managed, well maintained. Pool and spa were large and clean. Location on the beach is spectacular and we spent every evening watching the sun set over Japan. Landscaping with bridges over running water and ponds filled with Koi also attractive. The complex is conveniently located near the harbour with many dining opportunities. We chose...

We stayed in Unit C-310. In short, it was hot and smelly in October 2015. The unit does not have A/C and it was quite miserable with outside temperatures in the mid 80s. Because of the lack of cool air, the unit had a bad odor. We ended up purchasing numerous cans of air freshener to make it tolerable. The...

Upon arriving at the village it was quite pretty and inviting! Slight issue with the registration desk not having the keys to our condo! We were fortunate to have a penthouse condo D307, was very nice once inside the unit, felt like home! The unit is a 2 storey one, main level had a small but adequate kitchen, and the...

We rented the unit for a week over the kids winter break. The unit was a little date, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen appliances did not look the greatest, but everything worked. The kitchen also had a lot of little extras that you do not find at a lot of rentals, such as...

The North Coast Village property was very well maintained. The hot tub, pool area was wonderful and relaxing! Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. However, in the overview of our condo it mentioned being recently renovated. It had not been renovated in 20 years. Furniture was extremely uncomfortable. The beds in all rooms were extremely comfortable! It...

Stayed this past week at D112 with husband and two adult children. Condo was really set up nice. Finally a condo with beautiful bedding and comfortable California King mattresses. Preparation of meals was very convenient with such a well stocked kitchen. The view from the balcony was spectacular...between the sunsets and front row viewing of some amazing surfers!! The complex...

The upside is that the unit was clean and well stocked. Also the view is better than most units on this level and direction do to the gardening. You are also just a block from the beach. The price was also very fair and the neighbors were quiet. Lots of closet space, with a double bed and hide-a-bed. Also has...

You go to Southern California to be outside and NCV has amazing outside amenities that more than make up for older and outdated units. The landscaping is wonderful and lush. The koi pond is a great feature and the proximity to he beach can't be beat. The pool and hot tub are beautiful and very well maintained. The only reason...
