I found the hotel in need of a renovation. It’s a bit too rough around the edges and shabby. You can hear through the walls that are paper thin. And the food is simply awful- go out for meals! Staff is nice and outdoor bar...More

The hotel is a bit dated, however what the overall place lacks in newness it offers a ton of family amenities: outdoor fire pit, bikes to rent, shuffle board, chess, horseshoe toss. Plus they have 3 separate pools: adult, family and serenity. Also their onsite...More

Very nice property, great staff, grounds are immaculate, super nice fitness area . Really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere . I prefer to stay at Hyatt properties for this reason. Pools are very nice good indoor and outdoor seating. Good Job

Our company had our yearly partner convention and the Hyatt staff went beyond their capabilities to provide excellent, fast and seamless support every time we needed it. The hotel was very clean and looked impeccable at all times. They provide healthy food that's also tasty...More
