This hotel is a real gem located within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars, and riverfront in Napa. The rooms are gorgeous many with their own fireplace. The staff are friendly and professional always willing to go out of their way to help. We did have a problem with the concierge not replying to emails and making mistakes when we...

Stayed for a few nights after a busy week of sightseeing in San Francisco.Room was huge with 2 king-size beds and a beautifully modern bathroom with walk-in shower and marble everywhere. Hotel is in the perfect position to explore Napa and the rest of the valley.

Outstanding hotel. Great service, friendly staff and amazing amenities. Such a beautiful oasis in the middle of Napa. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The second floor terrace bar area has beautiful fireplaces and a great vibe. We are definitely coming back.

Andaz Napa is an interesting hotel. It's modern, rustic meets restoration hardware in appearance. Our room was large and open, no soaking tub( Loft). High ceilings make it feel airy and open. My parents room on the backside overlooking the 2nd floor terrace was much smaller. Bathrooms are large with rain showers and odd farmhouse square sinks. Snacks are free...

A definite go to property in the Napa area. Staff couldn't have been nicer or more attentive. The rooms were tastefully decorated without signs of age. I really enjoyed my nice hot soak in the tub while watching Monday night football, truly a combination I never would have imagined going together. Plenty of pretty good dining options quite nearby.

This was our second stay at Andaz, Napa. Our only regret is we didn't stay on three previous trips to the region this year. Beautiful hotel, fun in its own way which definitely blends into staff attitudes. From check in, bar and restaurant staff everyone seems to just enjoy being there. Our room this trip was a basic king loft...

This was an awesome hotel in downtown Napa, CA. We stayed for one week while visiting wineries in Napa and Sonoma. The suite we stayed in had every amenity including free snacks and water each day. The marble bathroom and large swivel TV were nice touches. It was the breakfast menu, though, that had us raving. Farm to table selections...

This is the first time we have stayed in downtown Napa and we were surprised by the hotel. Rooms were big and well appointed (we had a tower suite) and the price was right. Staff was very attentive and housekeeping kept everything fresh and looking good. The area for breakfast farmers table was very good and gave you a good...

This hotel is really good. Its perfectly located in the middle of Napa valley. Its quite expensive but you really feel you get value for your money. The rooms have very high standards and the breakfast is to die for. If you want to spend some money on a good hotel, this is a good place to do it.

Great location & room provided. Housemaid service 1st class. Lobby area rather dull & dark for my taste. Breakfast was straight menu, no cerials on offer. Plus menu never changes. Rooms overlooking 1st ave are subject to 5am street/sidewalk cleaning. Poor insulation through windows.
