I came to stay at this Hotel as I was interviewing with Facebook. The General Manager Mohammed provided superb service and worked with me with my check in and check out times. When I had an issue with my room he came up and took care of it immediately and empathized making me feel at ease. I have stayed at many Hotels and have never heard any Manager use empathy. I will recommend this Hotel to all my friends and will stay here in the future.

Nice Hotel in a good location, close to alot of eateries. Shout out to their GM Mohammed. Made my stay and anticipated my needs. This guy is 5 star. Staff were nice following their leader I presume. Will likely return. Highly recommend this Hotel!

I stayed at this hotel in both August 2019 and December 2019 while visiting my daughter in Mountain View California. The hotel is very nice and the manager (Mohammad) is great. In August, we accidentally booked the wrong dates so when we arrived they didn't have a reservation for us and the hotel was fully booked. Mohammad put us on a list and worked us in whey they had a cancellation. In August, I flew back to Mountain View to pickup my daughter to drive back with her to Oklahoma. Mohammad helped us find hotels in areas we wanted to do sight seeing (like the Grand Canyon) on the trip back. Just above and beyond service.

We had made a reservation thru Orbitz hours before we got there. We were listing to the start of a football game on the radio. Parked in the garage and rushed in to check in. The clerk was great and was patient as she could see my anxiousness. Got to the room and got the game on TV. Room was great. Breakfast the next morning was good. When I got home I noticed that the Hotel also charged me along with Orbitz, but 1 phone call and it was taken care of with HI. Probably was my fault in my rush.

I am very picky about where I choose to lay my head. Having managed my own properties, I can pick apart most hotels and find faults. Not this one!! Roshan and his team offer exceptional service. Plus, they have a robot who kindly delivers to your room anything you're seeking from the gift shop. Rooms are clean, I usually use my own pillow and blankets when I stay in hotels. Not this one, I felt very comfortable after I did my own inspection. No hesitation when it came to curling up and closing my eyes. Everything was clean. Breakfast was standard and complimentary. Love the cinnamon rolls!! If you are seeking a good nights sleep and are willing to drive into the city. This location is PERFECT!!

The hotel is comfortable and clean. The breakfast doesn't include any fresh vegetables. Another big problem is related to safety deposit. Already 1 month passed as we left the hotel but they didn't returned back our safety deposit on 200 USD. So don't recommended at all.

Your observations about the breakfast and safety deposit have been noted. We are sorry that you are still waiting for your deposit to be refunded to you. Deposit in our system is simply a hold which automatically gets issued back upon checkout. This is not something we have to do manually because it may cause human error. Nevertheless, we have verified with the team and looked into our reports to ensure this is issued back. We understand that it's been more than a month that you left the hotel. However, the only point we can think of is that the refund was initiated to an international card, it is likely that it is taking slightly longer than usual for the credit to show up on your statement. Unfortunately, we, the hotel, do not have the means to speed this process up. If your money is not returned over the next couple of days, please feel free to contact us again, and we will be happy to assist you with the resolution of this matter or anything else we can do to help. I recently stayed at this Hotel for a business trip. I really like the HIE hotels because they are nicely furnished, have good rates and the cinnamon rolls at breakfast are amazing. This hotel is very nicely furnished in the rooms and in the lobby. The beds are comfy and the decor is very current. There is a cool tablet in the rooms that replace the old standard "Hotel Information" book/binder you typically see. I used this device my first night and quickly realized how cool this hotel was. First the tablet was awesome letting me see all info of the hotel and even the surrounding area. Next, it revealed that you could order snacks/drinks from the lobby store and a robot would deliver it. How cool is that? Next I discovered that have a few bicycles to borrow even giving out really nice helmets to wear. I borrowed one the next night and rode up to Shoreline park trails which was an amazing trip. The breakfast options were great, again a small plug for the cinnamon rolls. The breakfast staff and the front desk staff are very friendly and help you have a great stay. This hotel is very nice, clean, and accommodating. The decor was nice and simple. The hotel staff was very friendly and ensured that our reservation and room was updated accordingly. No complaints.The parking spots are very compact. A nice quiet hotel to stay at. We stayed the night for a concert.
