This motel is located on Main Street and easy to find. The room has all the advertised amenities and everything was clean and neat. The room was fairly small but suitable for a stay of one or two nights. The Embarcadero (restaurants and shops) is only a few blocks away so not too great a walk or a short drive...

Not fancy, but clean, comfortable, with convenient location, friendly staff; a bargain for the price. Unless they are completely booked, we will plan to stay here every time we are in the area. No hesitation to recommend this place to all of our family and friends.

Morro Bay doesn't seem to have a lot of budget options so this hotel is a good choice if you want clean, friendly, but basic accommodation. The free breakfast was unusual - served in the very small reception area - and also very basic.

Reminded me of Motel 6, the bed was hard and difficult to sleep on, the upkeep is poor though the rooms were clean. When we complained about the bed they were unable to move us to another room though they did provide additional pillows. The room heater did not work so they had a portable electric heater which kept the...

Was skeptical of how this place would be being that it was fairly cheap. Got the room for under$60 and thought it would be a roach coach of a hotel. Please was very clean, comfy and quaint. The mgr at the desk was very kind, helpful and courteous. I will definitely stay here again. I had a decent nights sleep...

Stayed one night and the hotel was as I expected. The room was clean and the staff was nice. Only stayed one night so I can't comment much about the area. The breakfast was very very small, almost non-existing, but it was ok. Great hotel for the price we payed.

Management is super friendly. They installed our son's crib for us, that was really nice! Motel was packed at the end of December. We were on the second floor and unfortunately had to deal with very loud people below us. They were basically screaming until midnight. Room is very outdated and especially the bathroom. It was clean but bathtub had...

I stayed here for one night and it was great. The room was decently sized and very clean. The room smelled nice and the heater worked quickly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again if I find myself in morro bay.

We found the place to be clean and tidy. I recon it was good value for money. The only detraction was the breakfast area. It was located in the lobby which is not the biggest. Luckly we were there at a quiet time but if it had have been busy it would have been quite congested. The owners were very...

Sandpiper Inn is a good value for the money. Very clean, comfortable bed, nice storage space in the bath area. Large room. Quiet location. Wifi very slow, bath towels thin. I would stay here again. It was very adequate for the price. Service was good. Pet friendly a real plus.

Thank Pat M
