Besides for the miserable breakfast which is served in the basement bunker, the beds were nice and there was plenty of TV channels. Half the parking lot was blocked off though. The english muffins were stale, the coffee was horrible and cereal in tins is a no no these days.

Great location,very clean. Area is very walkable. Lots of great dining options close. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Room was big, fridge and microwave. No pool. Short drive to get to Outlet mall.

This is an older hotel, but it is in a nice, clean safe area around L.A. If you are fan of Asian cuisine and culture, this is a perfect place. I was very concerned that my stay would be horrible when the first words I hear from the desk clerk were, "Just give me your license." She did not greet me at all, did not smile, and was short in her answers to me. The rooms are hotel rooms; there are not suites. There is not really a lobby area, and the breakfast "nook" can only accommodate 12 guests at a time. The rooms were comfortable, and the rest of the staff was most pleasant. I would stay here again!

This property should be called as " Lousy Inn" as the room is loud and the service is really bad. The window AC is loud like chain saw when turn on. The smoke detector low battery alarm went on in the midnight, called the front desk, Kevin, he said he can't do anything about. Will have maintenance guy to check on it next morning. The next day morning, no one come in and the front desk is another person called Rocio. She said Kevin never leave note to her. She said she will notify her supervisor Oscar on Wednesday about this incident. Today is Thursday, no one call about it. So this Lousy Inn had bad service and they dont care about their customer. Please aware before book this hotel. Bring ear plug !!!!

If you pay in cash they make you leave a deposit of $150, my family only used the two big towels and one small one, when it was time to pay they charged $10 for a small hand towel because they claimed that there were two small towels. We never saw the other hand towel when staying the night, the desk lady was rude. We offered to show them our belongings since we only had two bags and the lady just ignore us. Don’t leave a deposit because they figure out a way to charge you for something that was their fault. Besides that the room temperature was very high, there is no mirror in the bathroom, they have a sink outside the bathroom.

Woke up just after 5am because the sheet popped off the bottom corner. As I sat up to fix it, I see blood stains on the mattress. Horrified, I pulled the sheet back which revealed more drips on the other side. I didn't pull back the top half because I was terrified to see what I had been sleeping on top of...I'd just rather not know, tbh. I quickly gathered my things, went to the desk and told the guy I'd like to check out because the mattress has blood stains. He didn't seem the least bit shocked, and said the best he could do is offer me a room with a smaller bed as if this was perfectly normal lol! I repeated to him that I'm checking out because if the hotel feels it's acceptable to reuse blood-stained mattresses I don't want another room. I've stayed at choice hotels throughout the years and have always had a good experience, so I just can't believe they have customers sleeping on nasty bloody mattresses. Also, I didn't turn on all the lights so in these photos it looks like coffee, but in person it was obviously blood.

This motel and Management are horrible too. It was almost 100 degrees temperature we and kids where literally swetting due to air conditioning wasn't working ans I ask for room change but never provided . They don't have thermostat in room and controlling from somewhere else and turn off the air conditioning. When we complaibed three times after booking room and We called around middle of the night but never fixed the problem and font desc lady was rude please make sure before booking this motel

Stayed with my family over Thanksgiving Holiday and we appreciate the clean rooms and good customer service we received by everyone. The hotel is close to many shops and Asian restaurants that we decided to try the one across the street as per suggested by the receptionist.

Since my last review couple of years back, this place is gone way down. If you are staying for a couple of days, you will have to endure the really very very dirty carpets throughout the motel. It is worse in the rooms. I checked out several and they were all very very dirty with spots all over. You will not feel like walking bear feet in the room. Other than that the houskeeping does a good job of cleaning the bath room and doing the beds. The breakfast is decent but in a very small space. Location is good if you like chinese/thai food. Also, very thin walls - you will hear everything next door.

This is a newer property with very clean and nicely furnished rooms. The marble look of the tiles and sink, new TV, and new AC were welcome touches. All rooms have interior corridors, which is more secure than a typical motel room, and the neighborhood is safe, with many Asian restaurants located nearby. I paid $80 a night, which I felt was an excellent value for the quality of the room.
