Stayed here as part of our west coast road trip this year, staff was very helpful and polite and rooms where very cool boutique style.. Pool / jacuzzi was open until 10pm with just us in there.. Breakfast was nice aswell.. Usual pastrys/fruit & cereals on offer...had a good nights stop over here overall.

We stayed at the Mariposa Inn for one night as we were passing through Monterey and it was lovely. The room was big, very clean and very modern. There was a refrigerator in the room and a free delicious breakfast in the morning. In the morning when people were moving their suitcases etc outside it was very noisy, but the...

As a pro piolt, I usually stay in chain hotels close to the airports. The Mariposa was recommended as an alternative since the prices at the down town hotels were around $110 per night more. It is very well kept and appointed with modern amenities. Also, it was very quiet. Only a couple miles from Cannery Row and the aquarium....

One reason, it was a nice trip, was the Mariposa. The rooms were clean and up to date. The staff was helpful. The location was fine. This year is our 50th anniversary year and plan on taking lots of trips. If we go through Monterey again we will stay at the Mariposa. Glen

We recently stayed at the Mariposa Inn and Suites. We stayed in the townhouse suite that was just perfect for our family. Our son had his own room with a tv, fireplace and bath while we had a king size room with tv and bath for ourselves. The in was conveniently located to get to downtown and Pebble beach. The...

Recently, my husband and I booked a one night stay at the Mariposa Inn and Suites over the internet. We searched through several area hotel web sites, and decided to try this "boutique" spot during our visit to Monterey. We had requested a suite away from the streets and on an upper floor. Although we were given a second floor...

My husband and I spent one night at Mariposa Inn and Suites. I had previously done a research about where to stay coming through highway 1 and exploring the 17 mile-drive. I was glad that the hotel was what I expected. No, actually it was better because our room, despite not being very large, had a very nice decor and...

We only stayed one night but it was very clean and comfortable. Beautifully decorated with a butterfly theme. Breakfast was also lovely, we sat outside with our croissants and coffee. Pool available but didn't have time to use it. Room maybe on the slightly small side would be my only gripe.

My husband and I, along with our daugher and her husband stayed two nights over Easter weekend. We booked a suite online, however upon viewing the room decided that it was too small for the four of us to comfortably "hang out"...and opted to two king rooms next to one another, paying the additional rate for both rooms. The first...
