I think this hotel charged too hight for a night. It should be charged around $99.00 per night. Never book this hotel again and never recommend to my friends. Please do not indicate that including the breakfast with the price. The breakfast was a joke.
it is a typical 2 star stay, the staff were nice and helpful, the building is located along major road causing too much traffic noises into the room, the noises were consistent into the room due to the older doors and windows without sufficient sound insulation making falling asleep challenging thru night.
The rooms were ok but small could use upgrade on linen and bedding. Updated bathrooms. free parking was a plus. Location is across the street from the mall for shopping and restaurants. Not too far from the freeway and the wharf Trader Joe’s not too far.
Not a very impressive Inn. The room was quite shabby-looking and had a small bathroom, although it was reasonably clean. The Wi-Fi kept booting us out and we needed to reconnect frequently. The key card to our room stopped working out of the blue on two occasions in the two nights we had stayed there. Sleep quality was poor as there was way too much light in the room entering from outside. Front desk staff did their best to be helpful; for example, one of the days they lent us their knife to cut our bagels. However, when we requested extra blankets (the blankets they had were super thin and it was quite cold at night), they said they only had one blanket they could give us, while we had two beds in the room (it was the two of us and our two small children). We were also not provided with shampoo and when we inquired about that, we were told they were short in supply. The location was good – only several minutes away from downtown and the waterfront. In retrospect, it would probably have been worth it to pay a bit more and stay at a nicer place.…
DO NOT let the Wyndham name fool you in fact I am surprised they would put their name on this place. 1) They can clean your room after you leave, but they can't clean when you are out and about because of Covid. This makes no sense. 2) Wall were paper-thin one person was up until 1AM being loud on one side of us and someone was playing music loud until almost 4AM and I could hear it all 3) King size bed but hard as a rock with a top quilt about as thick as a nice curtain. You know what I am talking about. 4) You couldn't open the window to the room because of all the noise and lack of privacy, so it was stuffy 5) The kind of tiny scratchy thin towels you would expect from a cheap motel. You get what you pay for here folks. Try an Air bnb
