This hotel was great. It sits adjacent to a beautiful golf course in a family friendly neighborhood. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. We were traveling from TX to help our daughter move out of LA and several days we needed to extend our stay, and the hotel was very accommodating
Excellent hotel.Very clean! This hotel is centrally located in Los Angeles, ideally placed to get to wherever you want quickly. Friendly staff, great accommodations with free parking. The breakfast in an upscale mini cafeteria style setting is good and free. Our room was very nice with a refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. We have a golf course/lake view. (211/Suite King bed+Sofa) Check in online was also very easy . There is an indoor pool & a fitness center that we didn't use and stay open from 6am to 11pm. We will stay here again!!!
I would like to make it known that this hotel and it's management company do NOT provide their employees with Paid Time Off. That means everyone working there is not valued and taking any sort of time off is not encouraged. Please do not support this hotel. In this day and age, it's shocking that a company like Hilton will allow this. Low pay and provides minimal amount of benefits? ridiculous!
They overbook and I feared that I was going to have to find other accommodations. Pull out sofa was torn and tattered. I had to find the service staff to get items for my room. This is a pet friendly hotel that allowed a dog to bark all night.
Room 215, a nightmare, Very noisy room, a party didn’t finish at 3 Am, people making a lot of noise and the hotel can do nothing, They told me the next day that a room will be available in the afternoon, In the afternoon “ sorry for the misinformation but no room available” a promise of another room but no guarantee, Other negative things but for sure never again any hotel in Hilton brand ! I have been in hundreds of hotels, never such bad experience!
Ryan, over two stays here I have paid you over 4,000. this will be my last stay even though I come for a week every month. I was again kicked out of the fire area at 11:00 despite my request to stay there as I talked on the phone and worked. Evidently, your need to save gas money is more important than your guests. I will find another Hilton property to stay at and will be posting a review on your site this evening. I don't know what to say. But no one here cares. TJ
I was extremely unhappy with our recent stay. I reserved a Premier Studio, 2 Queen Beds for our stay. We arrived at the hotel to check in around 7-7:30pm. The young lady at the front desk doesn't mention anything to me, just gives me the keys. I don't know if she thought we just may not notice or what but I thought that was pretty shady. So we walk in the room and of course this is not what we are supposed to have, so I go back to the front desk. A different young lady starts to help me as the first gal was busy and she looks very uncomfortable. I explain and show her on my phone my reservation that clearly states 2 Queen Beds. A few minutes later the first gal comes back over and asks for the amount I paid on my reservation so I show the $249.66. She then tells me that the morning manager downgraded our room because of availability issues. Excuse me, downgraded and with no notification!!!?? That is a huge deal. If I wanted a room with 1 bed, clearly that is what I would have booked. If I was given notice in the morning when the change was made, supposedly then I would have found a hotel that could perform that request. At this point we were exhausted from traveling and just wanted to relax. I also referred a friend after I booked our room. She booked after me and reserved the same room and got hers. So I know at the time of booking as per the site and logic, our room was available. I also checked in at a reasonable time. I full heartedly believe there were 2 Queen Rooms available that they were holding for other guests. She tried to ease the situation by telling me it wouldn't be as expensive. That is a moot point, I was fine with the price. I clearly booked what I wanted for the price without an issue. Also that is crap because my friend who got the 2 Queen Studio with the pull out couch only paid $214. So my downgraded to 1 King bed for $214 is no steal! 2 people ended up having to sleep on those horrid pull outs!…
Nice location, close to LA. Excellent front desk service.Very nice and clean rooms. Great variety for breakfast, although they seemed to be short staffed because most of the tables were not clean ( I have to clean ours).
We booked the king bed studio suite with free breakfast. Room and bathroom was very clean and was large enough to fit the wheelchair we had. The hotel had modern furnishings, was also very clean and well-maintained and the gym was spotless. The free breakfast was enjoyable and had a lot of choices to offer.
The stay was very convenient to Los Angeles. They have parking so you don’t have to worry about paying for parking. The rooms are real comfy, the bed is comfy. The shower is awesome. It gets really hot. Everything was good. The only thing that was on the downside is the complimentary foods
