Located along the Bay with excellent views of the Bay. Efficient check in although somewhat brusque. We had room #24 that has a walk out balcony and wonderful view of the water. Furniture dated. A bit pricey for the quality.

Beautiful old hotel on the coast, in a great little city. The hotel is old with a beautiful lobby full of details of the late 1800's. Feels like you went back in a time machine. The staff is great and the rooms comfortable.

We stayed in one of their cottages..was very charming but not the cleanest. The bed was super hard & not a good night sleep for either my husband or myself. Their flower gardens are beautiful..loved walking around in them. Our cottage had working wood fireplace but we did not use it. Trying to get just warm water & not scalding...

We needed an evening meal, and the place we stayed at had a very overpriced restaurant and cafe, so we came her, and had a good meal for two for US$70. That's great value in this very overpriced location I must mention three things....I enjoyed a brilliant home made meat loaf, a really good traditional meal. Next the bar staff...

We liked it but it is not for everyone. Lots of stairs and weak internet. Pretty historic and nice tasteful woodwork. A bit stuffy in the room which had no fan. Quirky but a wonderful view....oh what a view!

We didn't stay in this hotel, since I'm a chicken who is not into ghost and stuffs. If you are into Halloween, this can be a spot for you! But, we visit it's restaurant because I love anything victorian and historical. It's facing the ocean. I'm assuming view must be great from the main building's room, but don't qoute me...

Something I never think to check for when reserving a room at a HOTEL is a bathroom. This reality in my life has been disrupted and now I will be sure to double check every time. This hotel is in a great location and the staff were nice enough, but just be sure you know whether or not your room...

Old, old building with old style rooms. We had room 24 which has a claw foot tub and access to the balcony at the front of the building with great water views. Queen bed was ok, but glad I brought my own pillow. Good breakfast, good bar. Great location on the main drag, centrally located to all of the town...

We came here for a birthday weekend and it was so nice. I didn't realize that we were not actually staying inside the main hotel but outside in kind of a bungalow style house which was kind of disappointing since I really liked the pictures of that place and it would have been nice to see. Loved the location of...

Stayed one night, on our trip up the coast. Rooms are on the small side but normal for that age of Hotel. The interior needs some TLC and up dating. Internet spotty. Front desk was helpful along with the bartender who got us a bucket of ice. We did not eat there so do not know how the food was.
