This was our first stay at a B&B and the Headlands Inn far exceeded our expectations. Denise and Mitch were very warm and inviting and you can tell the pride they have in their establishment. We stayed in the "Barry" room on the 3rd floor and loved the coziness of the room and the ocean view. The breakfasts were absolutely...

We chose the Caspar Cottage and are glad we did; we preferred that extra bit of privacy. Beautiful large bathroom with jetted tub for two, but the shower over the tub was a bit odd. I ended up rinsing my hair under the tub faucet because the shower was more of a drizzle. Didn't really matter, because it worked and...

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Headlands Inn the 4th of July weekend for my birthday. We stayed in the Headlands Hideaway. We had such a wonderful, relaxing stay in this room. It was warm, private and cozy. The owner Mitch and staff members Kelly and Jeffrey were very friendly, warm, and welcoming. We did not want to leave!!!!...

Just can't say enough good things about this B&B. The owners, Denise and Mitch were wonderful hosts. Cute place, great room, very clean, and the best breakfast West of the Mississippi. The best food we had in Mendocino was the breakfast at the Headlands Inn. Rained on and off, mostly on for three days, and we had a Great time!...

We stayed at this charming and wonderful place for our 3rd anniversary and our 1st visit to Mendocino/Fort Bragg area. We chose Casper cottage detached from the main house. The indoor jetted spa tub was the main reason we chose it and it turned out to be an amazing experience. We were greeted nicely by Mitch who helped us check...

Staff was the best! Stayed in the Stofle room, downstairs front of house. Ocean view, & we explored lovely cemetary. Long walks, the sink hole hole is not to be missed as hightide coming in. Swear I heard the siren/harpie voice of my ex mother in law in the waves. We in our late fifties. Upon requset dvr/tv, so this...

My husband and I loved this charming place. We loved how our room was decorated, how illuminating our room was. We had a wood-burning stove to keep us warm at night. We thought we wouldn't need it, since we are from Texas, we thought the nights there in Mendocino would be warmer, but to our surprise, we welcomed the unexpected...

Just returned from an extended Memorial weekend stay at the Headlands Inn. Not a lot to add to the other reviews; it's a very, very good experience. We stayed in the Casper cottage. This is a small and quite comfortable detached cottage adjacent to the main house.Totally private. Has its own entrance, a wood burning fireplace, and an awesome jetted...

We had booked the Wilson Room for two nights and, on arrival, we were advised that we would be upgraded to the Cabin Room for the second night, as we would be the only guests and some maintenance in the main building would be taking place on the second day. My husband, who hates surprises and change, was not thrilled....

We just spent our honeymoon at the Headlands Inn during the first week of April. Everyday was filled with spectacular and unimaginable beauty, only to be capped off with a romantic fire and a bottle of wine in our room. Not only were the breakfasts mouth wateringly good, but they were surprisingly and delightfully different each day. Even the china...
