I don't think you can predict your weight loss. I was there for a month and I was so positive I would lose 20 to 25 pounds but I lost 14. However, I gained muscle mass and dropped from wearing a XL bathing suit to a standard medium. I had to go buy a new suit for my last week. To maximize your experience, show up for every workout and maybe swim some laps in the evening if you feel you need more. It's hard at times but just remember how much money you spent and don't be tempted to take a nap here or there. 4 weeks is a long time and the schedule started to feel like a grind for me toward the very end. I've read that they have less exercise scheduled during the day now. I liked going nonstop all day so if I went back I would definitely have to swim at night or hit the punching bag at night. Also, Sunday is/was a day off but I would go to the beach and do the Saturday Beach hike by myself. If you don't have a car you can get a basketball at the desk and shoot hoops or, again, swim. If you work hard in every class, you will build muscle and your number on the scale won't drop as quickly. I personally, didn't eat the desserts or the entire meal every time. I skipped soup and salad bar items or if I had soup that was all I had. I went before the new ownership so the food may have changed but I felt the calories and amount of food were too much for me. You can talk to the nutritionist about the food/calories.
