i was quite impressed with this hotel. the room was large, very clean and bright. it had a spa like bathroom as well. i wasn't expecting that at all. the staff was very helpful and friendly and there is a fitness center for added convenience. i would have rated 5 stars, but had a few issues:
1. there is no restaurant or meal service near this hotel. they do provide a nespresso machine with a few complimentary pods, but what about for a tea drinker? this was not considered.
2. although the hotel provides shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, there was no bath soap included with toiletries. fortunately, i always carry my own bar of bath soap everywhere i go. for others, not so convenient.
3. the rooms are quite noisy due to location of the hotel. it is very close to Olympic Blvd which is heavy with traffic so leaving the window cracked for fresh air wasn't an option. there was also a very loud guest right above me and it sounded like there was a horse race going on until late at night. i thought about complaining to the front desk, but decided it wasn't worth it since i only had 1 more night to my stay.
4. the neighborhood isn't the best. it is very desolate and there isn't much around. this is only an issue because as i mentioned before, there is no restaurant in the hotel so food must be located outside. still i was able to find a good coffee shop nearby (Tom nTom coffee) and an excellent Mexican restaurant (Guelaguetza) that was just steps away. otherwise, i traveled outside for most of my meals. you can do delivery service with grub hub/ seamless. i chose this options for 1 meal and although expensive, it was convenient.
5. the last issue was with security. the elevator is right by the hotel entrance and there is no access key needed to go up. it seems fairly easy for anyone to walk inside and take the elevator upstairs. this worried me because as mentioned before, the neighborhood is quite sketchy and this hotel sticks out like a sore thumb. it is very easy for any random person to walk in, take the elevator upstairs and do whatever they want. not good at all. my advice; set up a key system for your elevator that will prevent anyone from going up unless they are a legitimate guest with a card key.
overall, i would not choose to stay here again. the hotel has the right idea with the staff and cleanliness, but the location isn't ideal at all. especially when traveling for business.

We spent one night here while grandma watched the kids and it was perfect for what we needed. The hotel had FREE parking which is a big deal. Checkin was easy, staff courteous, lobby was sparkling. Our room was on the 2nd floor which didn’t offer any great views but I can’t imagine any of these rooms having a great view based on location. The beds we found to be very comfortable (pillows a little too airy) but what was wonderful was that you can get true blackout with the curtains! Totally necessary for these tired parents. In-room coffee was excellent except they don’t provide cream and the machine sounded like a super loud didgeridoo in the early hours. They don’t provide the small hand towels (which we never use anyway). Excellent accommodations. Will come back.

Needed a more reasonable place close to a relatives place and Hotel Aventura fit my needs. The first, and certainly important, was that the Hotel provides free covered parking. The rooms are fairly modern, having been re-done about 3 years ago. The room is comfortable and typical of many other Hotels with a King Bed, Desk, Side Chair, HDTV, etc. This Hotel still provides daily room service, where as other have reduced this service to every 7 days. I was surprised that the Bathroom Linens do not include Wash Rags! The place can be a little noisy from other guests stomping on the floor when they walk, or talking excessively loud but it's still a good place to stay. There is security in the evening hours. The staff is very polite, professional, and accomodating. I highly recommend Hotel Aventura. I hope you find this review helpful in masking your next travel plans.

So i know it's undersandable why hotels would be very sturn about there checkout times. Being that they do make money by the time you say and the faster a room is trundled around and cleaned and everything they can go and realist it for the next room could be sold. now typical i notice 2-3 starts check outs are at 11 late check out is at noon. But the hotel Aventura now is the outlier out this because they are admit about late check-out is at 11:30 and you will be checked for another day if 1 min over. so if you don't mind and your a person the is following a strict schedule amazing hotel but if your not i would definitely go somewhere that is better. that why i would keep this hotel at a 2.5 maybe 3 (3 only bc the stuff cant be blame for bad Policy) but never and 3.5 or 4 start bc of this.

I have a five days booking in late March just a few days after California State lockdown due to the coronavirus. I booked in whole amount through Agoda and the hotel refuses to issue any refund or amend any changes to the booking while other booking sites offered full refund. I understand the virus situation is terrible for businesses but the hotel customer service is also really bad on the phone and made me very annoyed about their management. I am just a student who just flushed down five hundred bucks in the toilet and would rather donate the money to someone in need than giving it to a bad business conduct hotel.

Well it is still a great location, especially if you're considering to visit local Korean restaurants in Ktown LA. I must say that it's been roughly 2.5 years, of course pre-covid days, but I was just completely shocked of the overall deterioration of the facility. On my last visit, the place was VERY clean and organized and I cannot deny the fact that it was the main reason for my re-visit there. However, the place has turned into one of the single star motel, which should cost well below $100.00 per night with its location considered. This place needs to be completely cleaned and renovated! It is just filthy! Do not get fooled by its rating people, I would just get a major name brand hotels nearby the downtown area. Hotel "Line" is okay, but it is way overpriced, tiny and noisy at night due to the bar on the lobby!

I needed to be in close vicinity to MaCarthur Park and this was the nicest, newest hotel I could find online. I was a bit skeptical at first, because it was priced pretty much the same as much older, run down looking hotels in the area. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised with the clean, beautiful hotel that looked just like it did in the pictures. The staff was excellent. Brian the Manager checked me in and was super professional and accommodating for my needs within my budget. I ended up staying longer than I anticipated and William at the front desk was equally as pleasant to accommodate my needs. The room was very nice, clean and well maintained. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking in the area.

The hotel looked good and I appreciated the free parking but the rooms provided basically no sound proofing. It sounded like our neighbors were in the room with us which was terrible when a group of guys came back at 4am and were very loud for several hours. After the first night, asked if they could move us and the answer was basically a no because the hotel was full. I would not recommend here unless you can sleep through anything

Most hotels in koreatown charges for parking, many as high as $50/night.

We opted for this hotel as it’s fairly new and has a very modern feel to it. The hotel has an underground garage and parking is free.

Check-in was smooth and they had my room key ready.

Location: Many restaurants and massage spas within walking distance

Noise: absolutely terrible. The walls are paper thin that you can hear your neighbor next door. We were on the 4th floor and from 3AM - 6AM, the guest above us would walk around and we can hear every footstep as loud as a bass drum which made it very difficult to sleep.

Other than the noise, this hotel is great. We will definitely stay here again

This is a very practical little hotel. For a reasonable price which included free underground on-site parking, I was perfectly satisfied to get two good nights' sleep. My room was neat and clean, the A/C worked well, and the bed was fine. This is a simple hotel that is safe and well maintained. Perhaps the walls were a bit thin, no fancy amenities, but my car was secure and I slept well and had a good shower. The front desk staff was friendly and informative, the room service during the day made everything tidy for me for my second night. Will book again.
