We came across this hotel after going through a lot of hotels in LA and the wait was worth it. The hotel is located just 5 minutes away from Hollywood Blvd where the walk of fame, Madame Tussads, Chinese Theatre, Dolby Theatre etc. are located. We were a family of 4 adults and 1 infant and hence had booked a...

I think like most people, we were intrigued by this place because of its 'no.1 hotel in LA' rating but after staying, you can see why they get it. Yes, the interior is a little bit tired and shabby in places, but that only seems to make the place more endearing! It's a breath of fresh air in a world...

Thank you so much for spending your anniversary with us and for taking the time to write such a nice review!!! I do hope you'll come back soon. Just a minor correction; our parking actually only costs $11 plus tax, which comes to a total of $12.10 per night. PLEASE contact me if we made a mistake. Thank you again!!...

We stayed at this hotel in May 2010. We chose it because of the good location and good reviews. As first timers to LA we didn't know the area so we contacted the hotel and asked if they could arrange transport to the cruisr ship terminal (quite a drive away). They gladly arranged this and the whole thing went smoothly...

Our group had just completed our 5 nights stay at Magic Castle Hotel and the staff were great! Besides the free snacks that are mentioned by previous reviewers, the staff went beyond their call of duty to prepare hot coffe and hot water when we requested for hot chocolate. There is a farmers market up the hill on Thursday evenings...

We were greeted on arrival with friendly smiles and sparkling lemonade - and despite arriving hours early they put in a massive effort and ensured our room was ready way ahead of schedule. This kind of incredible service is a hallmark of this hotel - all the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was nice, the free...

We stayed at magic castle for 3 nights. We were warmly met with a glass if refreshing cloudy lemonade and assistance with our bags. The guys & gals on reception had info printed out before we had asked the question. We loved it here. The location was a 6 min stroll from Main attractions. The hop on hop off bus...

We have recently returned from our second stay at the Magic Castle Hotel. This time my mother, daughter and myself stayed for 6 nights and last May 2012 my husband, son, daughter and myself stayed for 5 nights. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel welcome, nothing is too much trouble. We had a one bedroom suite...

My friend and I do all the planning for a once a year couples trip. We use the internet to choose and book our accomondations, air, and all other planned activities. Choosing a hotel on the internet is a daunting task, but his year choosing the Magic Castle Inn and Suites was the best decision we could have made. After...

We stayed there for the last leg of our America trip. We had just came out of Vegas where we had no form of customer service or any help when we had some issues. The staff are amazing! Quite possibly the best myself and my partner have ever seen in a hotel. On our last day we were allowed to...
