Location bit run down, you need a car to get to places to visit and eat. Hotel needs tlc. Swimming pool was being refurbished which I wasn't informed. Breakfast room too small and breakfast selection limited .

The hotel is within a good distance from several places in LA, whether in the north, south, west or east. Laundry station is a few minutes away by foot, and there's coffee almost 24/7 at the main lobby
