Just ended an extended stay at the Hilton Woodland Hills. Asst. Mrg. Rodrigo Barrios was very helpful. Runway Mgr. Kalhari with her staff Yethar, Laura, and chef provided delicious food and excellent service. Luciano at the front desk answered any questions. Thank you all.
We got married in Girard Foyer of the Woodland Hills Hilton. We had a short time put it together, but we had enormous help from the Hilton people. They could not have done more for us, accommodating every wish - including the chef making sure our filet mignons were cooked "medium rare on the rare side!" They usually do it medium, but they were so careful to make ours to our liking - amazing. The following people made it all happen, happily and professionally: Babette (Director of Catering and Banquets) knocked herself out for us even as she was only on 1/2 time employment! George, the banquet captain, came through with every extra we requested. His assistants Carlos and Mauro were friendly and professional in their service, and the wonderful Kahlari hosted our wine tasting and made it such a fun and happy experience. The wedding food was outstanding, the venue was perfect. We could not have been more pleased and happy with the Hilton for a splendid wedding!…
While visiting our new Granddaughter (and her family) in SoCal, we chose the Hilton/Woodland Hills as our hotel. The neighborhood is great for walking/working out, close to restaurants and a mall across the street. Overall, a very safe and accommodating environment. Each day we were greeted by Yethar at breakfast (our server) with a great smile, fun conversation and a great breakfast. This is not our first stay at this hotel and we’ll be back soon. KF
Great hotel with modern rooms and all amenities. The service from Erik at check in was extraordinary. It is the best front desk and check in service I have had in a long time. The restaurant and room service is perfect.
Worst experience ever I am a diamond member and I came to this hotel late night to try to get a room with family came upon Hilton employee named Joe terrible customer service very rude and disrespectful has no patience. Don’t know how he still works for this company will never come here again to experience this
I’ve stayed at this Hilton a few times, always experiencing consistent stellar service from genuinely GOOD people. Everyone from parking greeters, reception, bar/restaurant, & housekeeping does their work well and with a friendly smile that just feels honest. (In the Runway Cafe, Yethar might be the sharpest & sweetest server on the planet!) Thanks to all.
I really enjoyed my stay at Hilton and would like to let you know Eric the front desk clerk was very professional, and helpful. Every day he asked to make sure everything was good with me or if I needed anything with a pleasant smile.
Babette and her banquet team are phenomenal! We hosted our Senior Community Expo inside the Trillium Ballroom and it was a great space with great service. Can't say enough about the staff here. We'll definitely be back next year.
My dad has lived at the Hilton Woodland Hills for more than two years and loves it. The staff treats him like family and take great care of him! He is turning 90 soon and I threw him a surprise party at the hotel. The food was great, the service was wonderful and I invited the staff to join us to thank them for the way they treat my dad. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG!!! Thank you Rodrigo, Francis, Vincent, Babette, Mike, Chris, Mark, The Chef & General Manager...everyone for making all of us feel at home :-)
Such a lovely place with a location that grants close access to all sorts of places. They have incredible staff especially the valet crew like Maurice who was very helpful and inviting. Lastly, even though it's not included, the breakfast was delicious especially the potatoes.
