We were very impressed with the retro vibe at the Beverly Laurel. Beds were super comfortable. Decor was a little funky with muted shades and a happy face pillow on the bed. Pool offered a cool look at night with the poolside lighting and lots of chairs. Was a little noisy at night with other patrons arriving back later in...

Not sure, how this place has good reviews but there is nothing good about it!! First of all, it's a MOTEL not a hotel so don't be shocked once you check in!!! Second of all, it's not all that clean, the cleaning lady, just front of me left the disgusting toilet brush on the carpet and didn't vacuum the carpet...

Nice wee hotel with friendly staff and nice rooms. Visited with my 6 year daughter, she absolutely loved the place - especially the smiley face pillows. Within walking distance to some great attractions and not a huge drive to the likes of Universal Studios, California Science Centre etc. I got away with parking on the street (2 hours for $2,...

I stayed here for a couple of nights while traveling solo. I was exhausted and overwhelmed at the time so this hotel room became my safe sanctuary whilst in LA. As others have said, it's clearly an old retrofitted motel so you access the rooms from an outdoor corridor/balcony. That being said, this does absolutely nothing to diminish the Beverly...

This hotel is close to The Grove and a short uber ride to West Hollywood. Our flight arrived extremely early (7am) and unfortunately, our room was not yet ready. They let us leave our luggage while we checked out the area. By 10am, my little boy could not stay awake any longer so we went back to the hotel and...

Hats off to Christian who set my reservation and is kind and very good at what he does. However, this visit, there was a group that hung out in the open pool area (this hotel is remodeled inn/motel) and made noise for hours. When I contacted the front desk about it, they were not phased and said "pool hours end...

Everything about the hotel was great. The price is amazing for the location. Down the road from CBS. Farmers Market and The Grove, Beverly Connection. Downstairs was swingers diner which was great and opened late. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The only fault is the water from the shower was never hot. But saying that...

Arrived earlier than check in time. Front staff were very accommodating. My room was ready and they even upgraded me to a corner room (larger than the standard) for free! Staff also helped me print out documents that I needed for work. The room had a retro vibe to it, with quirky chairs and old school phones. Temp control was...

We were with our family & had 3 rooms here. The rooms were clean & spacious enough but the showers???!! Oh my, the showers.....They really need to do something about the shower heads. The water pressure was next to nothing & we could only get a little more than a trickle out which was crazy as the shower area was...

We finished our West Coast adventure in LA at the Beverly Laurel Hotel, not knowing what to expect and we were pleasantly surprised. The location was pretty great and close to everything we wanted to visit in LA. The bed was pretty good, the wall art of vintage swimmers was dope, and the bathroom shower was HUGE. They have done...
