It was clean, concierge was helpful. The parking is a little high if you rent a car. Easy walk to the City Walk and Universal. Buy from the gift shop only if you need to, $$. Was clean and tidy. The gym was open all day and night, pool water was not warm.

The Hilton is very comfortable, great atmosphere and high end service. Walking distance to Universal. The only thing that needs to be addressed is the workout room. The equipment is dated. Overall this hotel is worth it.

Except for the fact that it is very close to universal studio, within walking distance, I cannot say it is a great hotel to stay. No slippers, even after you requested for it. It was never delivered. No free bottle water. I can hardly find any hotels nowadays that does not give free bottled water. Staff are friendly though which...

We always stay at the Universal Hilton when we are visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. We walk to the park from our hotel. It is conveniently located next to the studios. Its upscale with friendly and professional staff. The rooms are a great size.

This is our 'must stay at' hotel when visiting Universal Studios. Hotel is simply wonderful. All staff are so friendly, efficient and helpful. Celebrating daughters birthday and they put balloons, cookies & milk in the room - fab surprise and greatly appreciated. Our room was a good size, 2 queen beds, and overlooked Universal Studios - brilliant view. 10 minute...

We paid way too much for this shoddy Hilton. There was a ton of construction happening when we were there, the staff was rude and treated us like second class citizens for booking via Hotels.com instead of their website (we paid the same amount for the room!), and the rooms were just fine, nothing special. Certainly not worth the pricetag!...

We arrived at the Hilton Universal around 9pm on a Wednesday, we were checked into our room by friendly front desk staff and on our way up to our room within 10minutes. We stayed on the 17th floor facing Universal and City walk, amazing view!! We had a big room with 2 queen size beds which were very comfortable. There...

It was a great location, for our day in Universal. We stayed here 3 nights, we managed to get two rooms next to each other that originally they wanted to charge $35 to have your three kids next door to you! Biggest complaint was no wifi included for a 4 star hotel and the shower was tepid every day, trying...

Very nice Hilton and so close to Universal and City Walk they even have a shuttle but it is a nice walk. No free continental breakfast though they do have a restaurant that does serve breakfast starting at $18 and also no refrigerator which we always find nice to have. Be prepared to pay for parking either self park or...
