After struggling to find the shuttle buses (go upstairs and walk to the left and you’ll see a VERY small red sign) we eventually called the hotel and got collected by the shuttle. Quick and easy check in, room was large, modern and comfy. Walked about 20 mins to some shops for a SIM card and coffee. And then the next morning walked 20 mins in the other direction to collect our hire car. Breakfast had a very options (no waffles) and a large comfy room. A very good option for an airport hotel.

The airport shuttle from the airport was quick to the hotel. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and I was welcomed by a bellman and there was a large table of fruit enhanced iced waters in the lobby. The room was spacious and clean and despite its location there was a nice view of the airport. The bathroom was nice and maid service was very happy to provide anything needed. I used the gym which was sufficient for a good workout and the pool was surrounded by a white divide wall providing a nice privacy from the neighborhood.

Had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Hotel new and fresh. Nice breakfast. A 7/11 around the corner and a McDonalds across the street. You DO need to phone from airport if you want the shuttle as they do not go around LAX constantly. Note that there is a different shuttle for Holiday Inn from this one which is Holiday Inn EXPRESS!

My friends booked with my card , when he want check in My friends didn’t bring my card , and the front stuff said They can debit that card , so my friends give him other card , so what happens next , they charge my card n my friends card as well that mean we pay double price , so this way holiday inn hotel to survive? We talk to manager Abs they said this they policy!! After arriving at LAX, I tried calling the hotel for pickup but no answer for an hour! My calls would be on hold and never answered. For an airport hotel this is unexpectable, especially after a long evening flight, the last thing I wanted to do is sit at the airport for an hour. Otherwise the hotel is clean, modern and comfortable with a good breakfast, they need to improve the shuttle service which is why guests stay here in the first place.

This Holiday Inn Express is within 2 miles of LAX, and made a great place to stay after flying in late in the afternoon. They offer free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. The rooms are clean and the area seems quiet and safe. We would definitely stay here again if flying into LA.

Called hotel upon arrival at LAX. Front desk answered promptly and provided accurate details on shuttle pickup. Shuttle arrived with 10 mins and 10 mins later I was checking in. Pleasant and efficient front desk staff. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Bed & bedding provided a good few hours sleep before my early departure. Would have no hesitation using this location for an overnight near LAX, at a very reasonable price.

I did my check in with fully paid room and they’re also charging the night on my credit card.. I want my money back please, they said credit card was only for check in and no charges and they charged what I paid in advance, so I’m double paying.. is not correct. Also I they sold Ibuprophen expires, and didn’t want to change it or refund the expense

This hotel is really awesome. It’s affordable, but not cheap. Rooms are newer and very well appointed. Microwave, fridge, coffee makers… really convenient. Customer service is top notch. The area not that great but there is a 7-11 next door, a sizzler in the parking lot and a McDonald’s across the street. The desk personnel are really exceptional. Next time I need a place to stay at LAX.. this is where I will stay. Shuttle service is exceptional too. Loved it

The king bed size room was excellent. A very very comfy bed. Modern decor and big room. The bathroom is huge and very stylish. Hotel is close to airport. Hotel provides free shuttle to and from airport. Brekky was good .. usual 3 star hotel brekky … checking in and out was very easy.
