Many guests find the Sheraton Grand Los Angeles a beacon of modernity and style, though some elements reportedly could use an update, with occasional remarks about the noise and decor. The hotel's cleanliness and attentive service are often commended, with travelers enjoying the well-kept environs and friendly staff. While the amenities generally receive positive feedback, especially for on-site dining and location convenience, there are mentions of room appliance and gym shortcomings. Opinions on value are split, with the restaurant’s pricing being reasonable, yet some view the rooms as pricey. Despite this, the comfortable and spacious rooms with modern touches are a highlight for numerous visitors.

I first would like to say how impressed I was when I arrived at the Sheraton Grand. What a beautiful Hotel and the quick service from the Bellman, to help us with our luggage. While we checked in, the bellman was waiting for us and then came with us to our room and unloaded the luggage from the rack. Very friendly & helpful, I apologize, I forgot his name. After we sat for a minute then we went up to the Club Lounge to grab something to snack on. We were greeted by a man named Miguel who was so nice, so helpful and attentive, always asking if we needed anything. The food was displayed so nice and the counter was kept so clean. The next morning, my daughter & I went down to the Lounge again to get some coffee and the display of food items were so inviting, and the food was kept at the correct temperature. There was a very nice lady there named Lupe, she was so sweet, so helpful, always asking if there is anything she can get for us. If item's were running low, she would replenish the bowls or containers right away. I forgot to get my napkin with the silverware, and Lupe right away got it for me and set it on the counter for me. Such a thoughtful person. She had a helper named Chris, and he also was so nice and always asking if there was anything he could get for us, so friendly, making sure we were very comfortable. On another day there was a man named Manuel that worked with Lupe, and he also was so thoughtful & pleasant, very attentive. They kept the counter area very clean and always maintained. It was soon time for them to take the food away, and I believe it was both Chris and Lupe that came around to notify people that they will be taking the food away in 5 or 10 mins, and if there is anything they would like to get before they do, to do so soon. I couldn't finish the food I had on my plate, so Lupe brought me a container to take my food with me and mentioned if I would like to take something else for later. She also introduced me to the coffee machine that makes Vanilla Latte's, she made one for me, now I'm hooked!!
The crew that the Sheraton Grand employed to work in the Club Lounge are Exceptional!! I was having some construction done to my house, and wasn't able to stay there. My daughter who is familiar with the Sheraton Grand, booked our stay and we ended up staying there longer than we had anticipated, due to the construction wasn't completed on time, but it was such a beautiful experience and whenever I will be able to get a chance to just get away, that's where I will be going. I love the Sheraton Grand DTLA and especially the "CLUB LOUNGE". I will be back!!

We checked in at short notice and were warmly welcomed by the staff. Room was lovely and spotlessly clean. Noticed the friendless of all staff in greeting us every time they saw us. Our booking included breakfast and the breakfast selection was varied and enough options that over our five night stay we could try something different every morning. Staff made young children feel welcome. I needed some assistance with scanning some important documents and emailing them - front desk staff were exceptionally helpful.

Best bit was the beds - big, clean, spotless white linen and fluffy pillows. We slept extremely well. Bathroom was nicely appointed with decent toiletries. Housekeeping staff were excellent.

Would happily stay here again.

This downtown property is consistent with what I think of when I stat at a Sheraton brand of Marriott hotel.

The lobby is nicely arranged with lots of places to work and interact. The front desk staff greeted me quickly and was very helpful.

The rooms are a generous size and decorated with an updated woodsy theme in the main area and a disco-deco style mirror in the bathroom.

The bed was very comfortable with excellent quality linens and pillow choices, which is very important to me.

The bathroom amenities were full sized, which I really appreciate to cut down on plastic waste AND that you aren’t limited to tiny sized amounts of product. Unfortunately, all three of the shower bottles were empty or nearly empty.

I would give the hotel 4.5 stars because it’s good, not perfect. Since I can’t do that, I’ll be rating the hotel at 4 stars.

This hotel is in a very good location, attached to the BLOC, handy for accessing some essentials and the Metro.
The reception area is very clean and welcoming, we did have some issues with check in which I was frustrated with.
The rooms are a decent size, the beds are comfortable and the shower was excellent.
Toiletries are provided along with the usual coffee making facilities, iron etc. we had issues with the TV and the remote control, someone prompt came to resolve, although, this left the TV picture distorted.
We had gone out for the day and when we returned there was no housekeeping service, call to reception who apologised and sent clean towels.
We ate downstairs in the lovely bar & restaurant, the food was very good with a decent price. Enrique served us and was so welcoming and polite.
The only negative: the purple corridors and wallpaper, it just needs modernising in some of the areas, clearly this didn’t impact our comfort or thoughts on the hotel.
I would stay here again in the future.

The Sheraton Grand Los Angeles is a great hotel in downtown LA. It's not in the "bad" part of LA so walking around in the evening felt reasonably safe. The rooms are well-sized, contemporary furnishings, and the beds were very comfortable. It is a deluxe hotel, not a resort. The best thing about the SGLA is it's location. There are number of eateries nearby including the iconic Original Pantry and a Fogo de Chao Brazilian steakhouse. A mall including Macy's and Uniqlo is literally stuck to the hotel. Another larger mall is a block and a half away.

Perhaps the best thing about the SGLA is that LA's new Metro has a major station directly below. It's a major station with the A,B, D, and E lines going through there. Ultra convenient if the Metro takes you where you want to go. Valet parking is $60 a night (inc. tax). Please tip the valets. I noticed that quite a few people were deadbeats who didn't tip the valet.

The SGLA is upscale and convenient. It is my go-to hotel when I'm in LA.

Booked a king bedded room for 5 nights direct with Sheraton. Check-in went quickly and we were given a room on the 17th floor. It was a nicely laid out room with counter space, luggage, racks, complimentary bottled water in the room daily, and very good Wi-Fi. The bed and pillows was very comfortable. The fitness centre that we use of was very good. The room was impeccably, clean and housekeeping was excellent. The valet service was slow, dropping off the vehicle, but the fellows working in the Parkade when picking up the vehicle were very efficient.

The negatives of the hotel/room was the air conditioning. We could cool the room, however, in the middle of the night it was as if the system was being overrode as the room warmed. This made for a warm room to sleep in.

Another negative is the sink and tap in the bathroom. What design team thought it would be a good idea to place a short spotted tap with the water flow approximately 1 1/2 inches from the edge of the bowl to be a good idea is beyond me. It made washing hands very difficult. Also, I appreciated the Gilchrist and Soames amenities. However, the choice of “warm oak” is a very masculine scented choice. Great for men, not so much for women!!
Valet parking is $54 a night plus tax, and there is a destination fee of $25 a day. It adds up.

Everything is above average, however the room service/house keeping facilities suck. We stayed for 5 days, and our rooms didn't get clean even once because apparently we had to call the front desk to book the 'cleaning service'. They did give us a privacy pls tag too which we didn't put infront of our doors because we wanted our rooms cleanes. So it makes absolute zero sense to give the privacy pls tag and still have guests call in specifically to book room cleaning service. The least they could have done is let people know that they gotta request to get the room cleaning done.

An otherwise perfect stay was spoiled by our shower. Water temp went from cold to scalding hot without adjusting the handle. It was impossible to maintain an acceptable temperature. The shower wouldn't drain properly the last morning we were there. Yes, the stopper was open in the tub. Third issue was how the sink faucet was positioned too close to the back of the sink bowl making it difficult to wash your hands without touching the interior of the sink. Everything else was spectacular throughout the hotel. Staff were the friendliest I've ever encountered in a hotel, it was well cleaned and the workout room was well equipped with great views on the 26th floor. Install some new sink faucets, pour some bleach down the shower drain and fix the shower temp and this is a five star experience for me. 3.5 rounded to a 4 as is

This is what the bonvoy experience is all about! Came in town for the weekend for a concert at staples with a couple of friends. Room was ready at check in, valet was convenient considering the location. If your not willing to pay the 50 some bucks for valet you’ll end up paying almost the same for daily parking at a lot. Room was clean, well appointed and our view was decent. 2 things that could have been improved- the windows needed a wash on the exterior and we could have used more towels initially. These are minuscule issues that didn’t effect our stay at all. The lobby is gorgeous and the adjacent shopping center is so convenient for last minute shopping or a quick coffee run. The elevators were a bit tricky to work with your key but the added level of security it provides gave us peace of mind. The hotel itself is in a somewhat sketchy area come nightfall. The District restaurant was great for a lunch bite, our bartender Sandro went above and beyond to accommodate us and provided excellent service! Another gal at the restaurant was helpful I believe her name was Tiffany. We enjoyed the deck on the third floor, excellent views to enjoy a drink! Overall great experience, we are already planning another stay here!

We spent 6 nights at this lovely downtown hotel. The staff was exceptional at every turn. We had an extremely comfortable junior suite with access to the member club on the top floor. The folks up there were superb. Francisca, who has worked at this hotel for 30 years, made sure our room was serviced daily to our satisfaction. Andrew greeted us by name at the lobby bar in the evenings and our dachshund, Milo, was greeted with smiles by every staff member we met. The location is right at a central metro station which allowed me to get to my conference location quickly and efficiently each day. I would recommend this hotel highly to anyone doing business in the downtown LA area!

Hello, I wouldn't try to contact an accountant, but instead call the front desk directly. NOT the 800 number, but the Sheraton Grand Los Angeles direct. You could google the number easily. I believe they could pull up your invoice immediately and probably email it to you. Good luck!!
