I was booked at another hotel for June 18th, but that Hotel room was not clean. So I checkout and had to find a last minute room with 2 bed. I saw that the Holiday Inn had 1 room left. So I book it immediately. I went to the hotel and Janice greeted me. I asked if I could see the room first just to make sure everything was good. Janice ask her manager Biblan who was actually getting ready to leave for the day. Biblan watch the front desk while Janice showed me the room. The room was very clean but that room the bathroom door doesn’t lock and that was a problem for me. So I was going to cancel the reservation but Biblan was extremely helpful and was able to find a room that wasn’t Handicap accessible and the bathroom door did lock. I had a great stay. I had a little hiccups with the WiFi and Jason at the front desk help me while managing phone calls. This hotel have a wonderful staffed . They truly want you to have a great stay and they are caring and willing to help in anyway that they can. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is under construction which was not disclosed when we made our reservations over the phone. We were specifically told that continental breakfast was included only to find out upon our arrival that due to the construction no breakfast was served at all. We were told that our room was a recently renovated room. However, the quality of work was poor with the shower sliding door making a loud, screeching noise that jolted us out of bed when our daughter used the shower. Also, our daughter had to go through half of her shower with cold to luke warm water.

I think I would have giving it a better rating if the place hadn't been under construction. I had to take off early in the morning but due to construction the parking spots are limited. There was a car parked in front of my car I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to move it.

Needed a last minute Room while on a business trip and stopped by here. The hotel was being re-modeled so parking was a bit of an issue until the workers left for the evening. Front desk person was Very Friendly and made sure I got a good value for a last minute booking. I will say the room was very outdated but it was obvious they were in the middle of renovations so I'm sure it will be different. other than that it was comfortable, quite and did the job. got a good nights sleep and checked out in the morning.

Lots of drug users and homeless people hanging out. They were in parking garage, in the back, by the outside stairs as well. Its unsafe. It would not be a place I would recommend. They had no handicap rooms nor rooms on the bottom floor.

Won't go back, paid way to much for this place under construction . They should of let us know when we booked the room. The people were nice but a lot of dust and noise. Not what we expected. You should compensate us.

Mold in bathroom, dated room decore poor, lots of street noise. Weeds and no landscaping on or near the property. Lots of pot smoking in guest rooms. Generally a very low-end hotel but priced the same as other higher quality hotels in the immediate area. If you're going to spend this much money bypass this one and put it towards a room in a nicer (newer) hotel.

This hotel was not clean to my satisfaction. My family and I did not get a good night's rest because the sheets were dirty. Made us very uncomfortable. The bathtub and ironing board cover was also dirty. We were supposed to stay there for four nights, we checked in at 1am July 4, and checked out at 11a July 4. If it wasn't for it being such a late check in and having the kids, we wouldn't have stayed that long. The only thing in the room that was clean were the bath towels. The room smelled horrible. The hallway smelled horrible. I would recommend not staying here, especial if traveling with children like my husband and I did. And do not stay here if you are asthmatic. The smokers smell cause my husband and two of our children astma to flare up. The staff checking out was nice, but didn't apologize for the rooms being dirty. I explained to them why I wanted to check in and the response I received was "ok". I will definitely not return to this hotel.

These were the worst accomodations we have ever experienced. Extremely filthy in our room and bathroom as well as throughout the hotel lobby. Some of the towels and wash cloths were soiled. We would never recommend this hotel to anyone. .
