The Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills garners acclaim for its sumptuous amenities and spotless cleanliness, with guests particularly impressed by the spa and pool. Its festive atmosphere and prime location earn praise, although some find room dimensions restrictive. While the rooms offer comfort, noise and maintenance issues are occasionally highlighted.
Opinions on service vary, with some lauding its attentiveness and others pointing to lapses. Despite the luxury, the value proposition has been questioned by guests who feel the costs may be steep.

Detailed Reviews
13-16 February.
Stayed at the 1 hotel and Waldorf Astoria during the same trip. Not highlighting the failures and disappointment on the other two but the four seasons, they know what they are doing and the service is absolutely amazing.
Room was spacious, comfortable and most importantly practical. You can see there are a lot of thoughts behind and most probably many times of sample rooms had been done. The colour theme, bathroom amenities, cleanliness have reached to perfection. I am picky with towels as that is one minor thing a lot of hotels seemed care less and honestly, there is not even one mark on any towels during my three days’ stay. There is so much neutral light in the room and TV selection is great. Internet is fast too.
Pool was stunning, the service at the pool makes you feel you want to come back to LA and you want to stay there again. Staff are so friendly, but not in your face, not coming every minute to ask you if you want another juice. They seem really like what they do, and honestly I had seen a lot of hotel staff at other two properties who seemed miserable and hate their lives.
Gym is relatively small but you have everything you need.
It is expensive but for a reason. By paying a little more you get 100% comfort in return, that matters the most to a business traveller.
Thank you.

The hotel is tugged away from perhaps a less fashionable part of Beverly Hills and driveway which leads to the hotel is somewhat underwhelming. But once you get into the lobby, you know that this is a special institution, with the flower arrangements and the coziness that the establishment oozes.
The place is efficient, if not overly friendly from the check in to the concierge. The rooms had a made over and feels fresh and the light colors made the place airy. The gym is semi open air and it is well equipped, although the workout machines could be of a better brand....
Perhaps the only issue one has is the relative inefficiency of the car valet. It does take a long time to get your car - unless you have a super car which would be park in the front - but a simple rental car, you will have to wait for quite a while - so best to call down for it beforehand.

My wife and I stayed for 5 weeks in April-May and I can’t say enough good things. This hotel is perfection in Beverly Hills and the staff should be commended for their incredible attention to detail. From the moment we inquired about Covid protocols and booking a long term stay, Alexis in sales answered every question, helped book our stay and even sent a lovely note to our room on arrival.
Jerry at guest relations went above and beyond multiple times for us - and bonus points because he is an Angels’ fan (and helped us arrange transportation to a game!)
Our room service waiter Neel always had a funny joke or a nice comment and delivered with a smile!
Brenda in housekeeping remembered when we like our room cleaned and made sure we were taken care of everyday.
Mamadou, Zach and Hannah at the front desk always made us feel welcome, helped with a couple tricky issues and made sure we were able to use the fitness suite when we needed.
Salim at security had the incredibly difficult job of making sure everyone wore masks (which is no longer required, I believe) and temperatures. But she did it with a smile and was a friendly face each time we returned to the hotel.
Holy cow, I could do an entire second review about the absolute rockstars that are the pool staff. Miguel, Stevie, Brady, Robyn, Jordan, Jay and Joe took care of us almost everyday. They remembered our names, our drinks, where we like to sit and made sure we were comfortable. FS needs to clone that pool and the whole pool staff and bring them to every hotel in the chain. The staff were so good that when FS shut down the pool for a day (for cleaning and to open the hot tub), I missed the staff just as much or more as the pool itself!
I can’t say enough good things about the FSLA at Beverly Hills and I can’t wait to return to our “home away from home.” Thank you for an incredible trip!!

I stayed at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills from June 16-21. The service was exceptional in every way, from when we checked in to when we left. The staff is incredibly accommodating - from housekeeping to room service. Upon arrival, Momo, the front desk manager, welcomed us and made sure we were taken care of. We were upgraded to a lovely room with a corner balcony overlooking the pool and the city. He and his staff always greeted us with a friendly smile every morning. Adam, the concierge, made excellent restaurant reservations for us. I know it's difficult to make last minute reservations to LA's hotspots but he made it happen for us. His communication was excellent, texted me with some great suggestions and was quick to respond. When we returned from dinner each night, we went to the bar and Bogdan the bartender greeted us by our names and made sure that we had our drinks and we were comfortable (even though it was late and they were trying to close the bar). The pool staff was great, the food was tasty and the DJ at the pool on Saturday played good music. It was a fun atmosphere, family friendly and relaxing. The spa staff was also great, quite frankly, everyone there is amazing! Room service always was on time, if I needed more towels or toiletries they were quick to bring it. Kudos to management for hiring and training such great employees. I normally like to stay at the Waldorf Beverly Hills (which is also great) but from now on I will stay at the Four Seasons due to the exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere like no other. Can't wait to come back!

Save yourself the time it takes to research the best hotel in LA and stay HERE!!! We made last minute reservations for a family member having surgery at Cedar Sinai and the hotel stepped up to the plate and accommodated our family of 7 (4 adults, 3 children)! Gorgeous accommodations, stunning floral masterpieces throughout. The tropical/citrus grove adorned atop the rooftop pool with adjacent outdoor gym is too unique for a city environment. Love love loved it all! Even during our COVID stay the staff was exceptional, housekeeping spectacular and food was yummy throughout the entire stay! Special thank you for Connor on rooftop area and one of the best managers I’ve ever interacted with Luhan (spelling?). Thank you for providing the 4seasons experience we all have come to know and enjoy!

Great hotel classic architecture with ample entrance reception lobby . Great staff in attendance upon arrival. Easy valet parking. Smooth check in. Very personable staff. Great wellness room with excersise equipment and all green oriented no plastic bottles no wasted materials. Fantastic bedding great bathroom. Great view of the Hollywoood hills. Great pool area with a very nice outdoors restaurant next to the pool. The main resturant Culina is a great mediterraneum italian style restaurant with a great menu and super service. It also has great outdoors seating. They offer a fantastic Sunday brunch. Definitevely a high class five star hotel with all the amenities and class that goes along with it. Another great example of Four Seasons Hospitality.

We got the concierge at the Beverley Wiltshire hotel to book a table and unfortunately on arrival the table receptionist said they had no tables apart from ones outside which was dead and had zero atmosphere plus qe went there on reccomendation they had TV's to watch the Oscars! Not impressed. There was a table for 6 with no one sitting at it in the bar so we asked if we could have that and the girl said 1st come 1st served sp we sat down. I think in LA you need to ask for a table in a specific location in a restaurant otherwise they will put you anywhere . We did notice the girl favoured locals & regulars & it was no problem them getting tables inside! Anyway, after we got over that issue I must say the food was fab. It is Italian and we were told the chefs mother showed the chef how to make the dishes straight from Italy so would highly reccomend this restaurant ,La Cucino in the Four Seasons hotel in Beverley Hills.

We stayed at this hotel for only one night, though it was a memorable night. We needed a place that offered early check in, and when we called to confirm, Zack at the front desk promised we would be taken care of. He was absolutely right! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. They even offered us the chance to pay a modest amount for an upgrade to a suite, which we jumped at! The upgrade to the California suite was worth every penny.
The views of Century City and Beverly Hills were spectacular! The room had a separate sitting area and the bedroom had a door that separated it from the sitting area. The beds were very comfortable and offered cozy bedding.
The bathroom was an average size with a separate soaking tub from the shower (though the tub was a little more shallow than I would have preferred). On the other hand, the water pressure in the shower was excellent! It was very strong.
The sitting room also offered an electric tea pot, and a Nespresso coffee machine. There was also a balcony with a view. They also provided complimentary waters.
The hotel is about a 5-10 block walk from many restaurants and shops. Downtown Beverly Hills is about a mile away.
They also have a Rolls Royce house car for short trips nearby, which we took advantage of.
Everyone at the hotel provided excellent and thoughtful customer service. Helene, at the front desk, even gave us recommendations for where to stay and what to do in France when we are there in a month.
The room service was delicious! They offered excellent bacon and eggs and had many gluten free options too.
This hotel definitely exceeded our expectations and we look forward to returning.

This has been our first hotel stay in 4 months and it was so nice to be at a hotel with procedures and dedicated staff to ensure everyone is comfortable. The location of the Four Seasons LA is a perfect base to explore from and my family really enjoyed our time at the hotel itself. My wife and daughter loved the pool and relaxing really doesn’t get any better than a Four Seasons pool with the great service, cleanliness and delicious snacks. I’d certainly look to stay here on my next visit to LA because it has simply been perfect.

I have reviewed this hotel before and much of this repeats what I said previously. This hotel is in a wonderful location, with great unobstructed views because it is located in a residential area. it is beautifully maintained, quiet and restful. But what makes it really stand out is the friendliness, courtesy, attentiveness and helpfulness of its staff, to a person. It all seems genuine, and I know training and Four Seasons standards are involved, but ultimately I think it is genuine — these are people in the hospitality business for a reason, and the right reason. This is to me a hallmark of Four Seasons hotels, but even among Four Seasons this one stands out.

Beverly Hills Hotel has the best service but all three are top notch.
It is salt water and also chlorinated, in addition too the pool is 3.5 feet deep and has a soft bottom not tiled.
