I loved this property for so many reasons, but the best part was the amazing service throughout every part of the hotel. I felt welcome but not high maintenance and it was a genuine feeling of thought and care that came from each member of the service team. I loved the balcony in our California Suite and the beds were beyond comfortable. The temperature in the room was perfect and the housekeeping went above and beyond with requests! I also loved the location!

The four seasons is the four seasons, it will always be wonderful! Warm and friendly staff everywhere from valet to front desk - champagne welcome is a nice treat, though pool attendants were very friendly they were a tad bit unfocused on guests, which is strange, because if you don't take food/drink orders, where are you getting your tip from. Smoothie samplers and pool by the pool was nice. Found it strange that some services by the pool were not available during week days, as it was more busy on the week days than on weekends. Hot tub was a plus and very open air gym was great. Well manicured exterior and interior spaces. Rooms were in great shape, though I was surprised to see small stains and small tears in the linens and no Netflix on the smart TV?? Lacking a little in detail by cleaning and turn down team; tea and coffee amenities were not replaced every day, nor were cotton swabs. The shower/bathtub combo in room 826 was like Niagara Falls during a shower. The seal did not retain any water, so I pushed it down for better contact with the marble, but then the water just puddled around and dripped directly off the side in every direction. We had to lay 2-3 towels down every time we showered - not a Four Season experience. Mentioned it to front desk during our stay and again when we left. They were kind to take a pool lunch off our bill. Would definitely stay here again, just some little things. Also, the 1 sink bathroom for almost 1000$ a night makes my eyebrows raise a little.

This hotel is in a fantastic location in Beverley Hills and almost equidistant between Santa Monica beach and the Universal theme park / city walk. The interior decor is fantastic and the resort style pool is a great place to unwind after a busy day and the staff are very attentive here. However, our first night was a real let down, I checked in on line and arrived at the hotel 70 minutes after the earliest check in time to find our room was not ready and had to wait in reception (I was then told my room had been upgraded but this didn't appear to be the case). Our suite included a roll back bed which i expected to be made up at the evening turn back service, but i arrived back at our room after dinner to find this was not the case. I called the hotel reception team numerous times but the phone wasn't answered, I then proceeded to descend nine floors to resolve the problem - ! explained I had tried to call but they replied that they had been busy but had noticed the missed calls. In which case, why didn't they call back? The restaurant is very good and the outdoor space is leafy and green masking the hotels urban location - its a nice place to spend time. Breakfast service is slow but this wasn't a huge issue for my family as we were on vacation. The housekeeping team were very helpful.

Great service, good rooms and great food. Only thing not working for me is how cold they keep the common areas and the restaurant. One always needs a sweater or a jacket and keeping such low temperatures is not energy efficient either. Not climate friendly. Don’t let the cold temperatures wash away the warmth that the people otherwise provide.

We visit Beverly Hills each year and have stayed at the “best “hotels in the area . We have finally settled on this hotel . The staff are amazing from the pool to reception, to the forecourt . In particular the management are amazing . They are constantly trying to improve the hotel offering . They show real dedication , flexibility and care to enhance our experience . In particular JOSEPHINE TONG , the Guest experience manager was super helpful . Whatever she could do to make our stay more enjoyable she delivered ! We will be returning next year . My entire family agree this works brilliantly in each department . OUTSTANDING

My wife and I spent 2 nights at the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills in early February, 2023. I recommend the hotel. This was Grammy Award weekend. I ended up reserving at the Four Seasons because our normal refuge in Los Angeles, the Hotel Bel-Air, was requiring a minimum stay over the weekend. I was happy with my choice. First impressions are often the strongest, and so when we drove up to the hotel around 2 pm on a Friday and there was a long line of cars waiting for valet parking I tensed up – what was I getting into? As it happens, long lines of cars aren’t a problem at the Four Seasons Los Angeles – I’ve never seen that many cars disposed of that quickly. It was our turn in just a matter of minutes, and after we noted that we were checking in (most guests were coming for a Grammy-related event), our car was swiftly unloaded and we were whisked off to the front desk. Impressive. Throughout the stay, the valet parking operation was efficient and friendly, even with what seemed to me to be an overwhelming volume of cars. It rivals (and probably tops, just due to that volume) that of the Bel-Air, which I’ve praised in prior reviews. Well done! Our check-in was handled well, and we were escorted up to our one bedroom Hollywood Suite. It was a bit of an initial let-down. This is at least in part the hotel’s fault. There are two complementary one bedroom suite types – the California Suite, where the bedroom has a window, and the Hollywood Suite, where the bedroom is in the interior, without a window. That wasn’t apparent readily to me from the website – the photo of the Hollywood Suite doesn’t show the bedroom, just the living room. When I drilled down more closely after arrival, I did find in the fine print under “views” one click further under the room type: (suite features an interior bedroom). Ok. But when I mentioned my surprise to the manager on duty, I got a “that happens a lot” response, with an offer to change room types. Since we were only there for two nights, and had unpacked, I opted to stay where I was. BUT – and I told the hotel this in my departure comments – the website should show a picture that highlights that the bedroom is in the interior. That comment, as of this writing, has been ignored. The disappointment with the bedroom notwithstanding, the suite was very comfortable and spacious, and the living room especially comfortable. HVAC worked flawlessly, and the lighting was good for reading in multiple locations in the living room and bedroom (thank heavens whoever is in charge of lighting at the Four Seasons San Francisco at Embarcadero hasn’t made it here yet to ruin the lighting). The room was very quiet (and I worried because there was a tent set up 10 floors down for an event). All of the bedding, linens, and bathroom accoutrements were at Four Seasons levels. Housekeeping was flawless throughout our brief stay. Breakfast merits a special note. The options on the breakfast menu were a step beyond the normal hotel breakfast. The fruit plate, in particular, was delicious and contained unexpected fruits. Service was excellent – and, the servers weren’t distracted by the many music industry celebrities that were enjoying breakfast the same time we were. Again, well done. I’m glad we stayed at the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. I’d stay here again. I probably still favor the Bel-Air over this hotel due to the “oasis of calm” nature of the Bel-Air, but the Four Seasons beats the Peninsula hands down now as my fall-back option.

Hotel is ok, but food is not good and totally overpriced. 2 hard fried eggs and 4 small (not crispy) breakfast potatoes lovelessly slapped on the plate for ca. 30$ is not what you expect from a 5 star hotel. They also absolutely cannot make a good coffee. You easily get to 200$ for basic breakfast for two, that isn’t good.
