I am staying here for 2 weeks and am so impressed with the accommodation and staff, both their attitude to guests and that nothing seems too much trouble for them. I’m not easily pleased so thank you everyone for making our stay so lovely
Bar-none the Four Seasons LA is the best hotel in LA. The property and service is unparalleled. From the moment you check in, every detail is thoughtful. The on-site restaurant and bar Culina is also one of the best in the area. The pool and pool staff make even a business trip a vacation. Staying at this hotel is a must-do experience.
We just spent the most excruciating time at the pool. On Saturdays, they play the loudest, most banal DJ mixing from 11am - 5pm. SIX HOURS.....without a break. Saturdays is our day off guys, give us a break PLEASE. And to cap it all, we just got back to our room and there's a letter on the sideboard saying that the pool will be closed from tomorrow and TENTATIVELY opened on 1st May. That means, it possibly/probably won't be. Grrrrrr.....
I was at the four seasons los angeles beverly hills for a memorable birthday celebration from the 5th of April to the 14th of April that I planned for a year and a half all the personal that was assigned for my birthday celebration quit no one assigned to help me I did not now this until I arrived on the 5th that on one to help or nothing written down for my birthday of what was discussed I was totally sad that what was planned was like nothing planned, . I wanted a suite on the 16th floor that was discussed but never happen received a noisy suite on the 14th floor that was hard to rest in. There was other items that were discussed but I never received. I can see fout seasons los angeles beverly hills is not a hotel for birthday celebrations . I feel like my birthday celebration at the four seasons was totally ruined I am very sad and discussed. This is just a regular hotel not for birthdays. Totally sad and discussed.…
My husband and I stayed here for our babymoon for the weekend and we could not be happier with the exquisite service we received. The staff was welcoming and gracious from the moment we walked into the door when we checked in. I want to give a special shoutout to the reservations manager, CHRIS CHAVEZ who went above and beyond for making our hotel experience truly remarkable. Chris took care of every little detail for us so that we felt comfortable. His personalized level of attention made for one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. 10 star service at a 5 star hotel!
