Had a business trip and meetings here. Rooms were great, lots of space, very clean and even had a patio. Workout room was good and the pool is nice with plenty of sunshine. Conference rooms were solid all on the 2nd floor. All in all a good visit and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

We stayed at the Intercontinental hotel this past weekend to attend a wedding at another hotel close by. At our arrival on Saturday afternoon, the front person desk told us we had a basket that was brought in by the host of the wedding and that they would look for it and will bring it to our room. Sunday morning,...

Dear Adriana S, Thank you for sharing your thoughts about our hotel. We rely on guest feedback to determine the things we need to keep on doing and the areas we need to improve on. Thank you for noting the cleanliness of our property. However, it is disheartening to know that your encounter with our front desk staff was not...

We were again impressed by the excellent and very friendly service from the hotel staff. Room was spacious, we received a nice upgrade to a suite. The breakfast was excellent. Very wide choice of different cuisines. Upon arrival we had dinner at the hotel. It was real nice comfort food which we've enjoyed by every bite. Location is very good....

I loved everything about this place - from valet to room service! Our room was on the 3rd floor, yet the view out of the balcony was majestic. The bed was heavenly comfortable and I couldn't get enough of it. Our breakfast was just perfect, surprisingly full of exotic fruits. But most of all - their integrity wowed me! I...

We stayed 4 nights at this beautifully maintained property. We had a room on 15. A corner room with a huge balcony and gorgeous view of LA. Our room was not available upon check in but we stored the bags and then went for a drive. If you have business in Beverly Hills or West Hollywood, this hotel is a...

Its not the Beverly Wilshire 5 star, but it doesn't cost as much. in terms of service, decor, and value it is a much better buy. Other than an internet charge for an abysmal internet and very good restaurant food, the cheerful staff provides multiple free touches including chauffeur rides to Wilshire and Rodeo Drive or nearby restaurants (choose their...

If you need to be in Century City this is a good hotel with very comfortable, clean rooms - a lovely bed and all the amenities you would want. Good free wifi, and a very attractive public area. You are near a nice Westfield Mall but Century City is a bit of a business area - maybe 15 min drive...

I stayed for 2 days on a business trip from NZ, a 12 hour flight away. When I got to the airport at the of a long business day, I realised I had left my passport in the hotel safe that morning. I rang the hotel, and they did everything in their power to get the passport to me, but...

Excellent experience at this hotel, from the friendly staff at the valet, reception and bar to the size of their room with not only a nice view of the Hollywood sign, but our parking was included in our package and free wifi. Excellent location near Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive, but in a quiet setting to enjoy a good night...
