The InterContinental Los Angeles Century City is a fabulous hotel with excellent service. Everything went smoothly for my stay and the staff did a nice job. Especially the front desk. I could not have picked a better place to stay in L.A. My room was comfortable and quiet with luxury amenities. I had a beautiful room with a beautiful view... More

I am a fan of the Intercontinental Hotel chain. However, I felt this location was more luxurious than others I've stayed at. Their holiday decor was gorgeous and immediately got me into the holiday spirit. The check-in desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I was given an option of newspapers in the morning to be delivered to my door.... More

nothing to say, perfect, a 5 stars for sure. From the Valet parking guy to the cleaning lady, they are all professionals. Attentive service. The hotel just need to update their room and terrace, fresh paint... Overall it was perfect. The view from our room from DTLA to Malibu, view on the ocean... amazing sunset...

I stayed here for several weeks while working nearby in Century City, and just want to give a shoutout to Jenny, Desiree, and Tiffany (among others) who went out of their way to accommodate me with several special requests. Thanks very much, and I look forward to heading back soon. Remember everyone, don't forget to tip the housekeepers -- they... More

This was my first stay at this InterContinental. Overall it was a positive experience, but for this level of hotel, I expected better. We had an executive suite that was the furthest possible room from the elevator which was not a big deal -- probably the longest walk you'd have in LA. The shower controls were extremely flimsy and about... More

My wife and I were over at the InterContinental for a friend's wedding. Beautiful outdoor wedding venue and the steak... best wedding reception steak ever, it was actually pink! We ended up drinking too much so we booked a room for the night. It was the first time we stayed a night at an Intercontinental, and it was one of... More

We loved the view of the city from the hills. The location is great, away from the loud downtown, but close to attractions such as Beverly Hills, and Santa Monica. We loved the neighborhood of Century City which is surprising quiet but very convenient. And it is near Meizhou Dongpo (maybe the most genuine Chinese restaurant in US!)

The location of the hotel was idea for us. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms very quite. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to be located close to West Hollywood. Staff were very helpful.

I stayed here for a business trip for 5 days. It is conveniently located in century city for meetings and very close to the shopping mall. Room is large and comfortable. Overall it is pleasant and as expected from intercontinental. Same as other LA hotels - only valet parking available.

Nice stay, very nice front desk staff! Tnaks! Balcony with a table and chairs to relax with a glass of wine is a big plus in warm LA and limited space inside the room...). Valet parking should be optional... I'd prefer to park my car myself. Window view is an average - buildings around, nothing special, except nice surprising fireworks... More
