Great bed with lots of pillows. Very nice people at the front desk. I like that HK can't get into the room if the door is deadbolted. It's in a nice location. Plenty of towels and soap. Can't beat having free parking, Wi-Fi, and breakfast. Would like the tub to have non-slip things in it. Wish that the remote would...

Great little place if you don't mind being on Hollywood Blvd. I probably wouldn't stay again only because of the noise at night. Had to keep our t.v on the entire night to drown out all the noice on the street. I'm not exaggerating it was LOUD! Buffet was great during the week (awesome potatoes that the man made!) however...

Hotels were expensive at this time of year in downtown Hollywood. This small hotel came up at the right dollars. Parking onsite and free breakfast and easy 1.5klm stroll to the action it provided for a good overnight stay. Room huge with a separate kitchen room as well. Would stay again.

The room was small but located pretty central to a lot of food and a few shops and not too far from tourist places. When we checked in the towels were piled sort of like they had just been thrown in the bathroom. The toilet seat had sticky marks where it looked like stickers had been peeled off but not...

I had business in Hollywood and decided to stay an extra couple of days to hang out and take in some sights. I booked a King room for 4 nights and received an email confirmation. Upon arrival I was informed by the rather unpleasant staff member that there were no King rooms, so I had to take a double. They...

We stayed for 3 nights in their 2 room suite with the kitchenette, room 104. The rooms are in a detached building on the property. They were very spacious, all hardwood and tiled floors. Very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In a world of Continental breakfasts, the free HOT breakfast was wonderful. The location was perfect! It...

A group of four of us came to LA for a concert and were looking for a budget friendly hotel we could all share. The hotel was about a five minute walk to the bus/metro which was super convenient, with the Walk of Fame and other LA landmarks only a short ride away. Uber was definitely the way to go,...

Everything you want in Hollywood is easily reachable from this hotel. Hop onto the close by metro to reach the walk of fame, Universal Studios or you can even simply hike up to Griffith Observatory from here. The motel's rooms are good to sleep the night through, except if the other residents decide to have a late night chat right...

Staying in Hollywood

Neighbourhood Profile
Hollywood
Hollywood undoubtedly conjures up images of movie stars and high-end lifestyles, and to this day, tourists flock here from around the world to see the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre and to catch a glimpse of the famed Hollywood sign up close. Celebrity impersonators and crowds give these areas the feeling of an amusement park while many clubs and hotels fill up around the weekends for late-night partying - the Hollywood club scene is a haven for thumping music and table-side bottle service. But parties aren’t the only way to enjoy this area, many visitors come to the neighborhood to sit back with a picnic to watch a performance at the Hollywood Bowl and those looking to stay fit trek along nature trails in the Hollywood hills and in Griffith Park.
