Hollywood undoubtedly conjures up images of movie stars and high-end lifestyles, and to this day, tourists flock here from around the world to see the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre and to catch a glimpse of the famed Hollywood sign up close. Celebrity impersonators and crowds give these areas the feeling of an amusement park while many clubs and hotels fill up around the weekends for late-night partying - the Hollywood club scene is a haven for thumping music and table-side bottle service. But parties aren’t the only way to enjoy this area, many visitors come to the neighborhood to sit back with a picnic to watch a performance at the Hollywood Bowl and those looking to stay fit trek along nature trails in the Hollywood hills and in Griffith Park.
The place was great. The staff are exceptionally nice and generous. They upgraded me to a whole apartment which made my stay extra special. I'd definitely stay there again. It was really close to everything that needed and is walking distance to fantastic and cheap Thai food!
This hotel has 3 things going for it: close to the metro, a good but small continental breakfast and a good size room. But the bad, found mold in the bathroom and very run down. It's not worth your health.
Stayed here with my son for a long weekend of sightseeing in Hollywood. The room was HUGE was apartment -style and very nice. The front desk people are very kind and helpful, they gave me passes to the Metro and a map and locked my bags up so we could spend our last day sightseeing. They have a free breakfast next door and the location is excellent. close enough tp take a 5 dollar Uber to Walk of Fame and most Hollywood attractions, but not so close that its unsafe. Plus there are tons of restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets~ All within walking distance. Hotel was booked but stay was quiet and we felt safe. Will stay here on my next LA trip!
We stayed here for 3 nights. The property is not fancy but clean and functional. We recommended it to friends who are coming next week. Located one block from Hollywood Red Line Metro station. We would definitely consider staying here another time.
The customer service was great. It would be much easier for guests to find the motel if its sign would light up at night. If a number is missing from a room's door, it should be relatively inexpensive and not too time consuming to replace it. These things can save your guest in time and convenience. It was great how cable had all of the movie channels as well as the major local channels.
