Welcoming and careful staff. Nice, spotless clean room with warm and soft colors. Everything seems (and is) new. No breakfast, but in the morning complimentary coffee and muffins are displayed in the lobby and you can have it in the quiet and comfortable courtyard furnished with sofas, chairs and tables. Or eat there the meal you can get at a nice bakery within a few minutes walk. No problems with parking: there's a garage and valet parking. I must say, we loved everything of our 4 nights stay at this hotel! We'll be back for sure!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this new boutique hotel. The room was wonderful, bed was very comfortable, and we loved the chic interior design. The amenities were great, and the staff was amazing. My family and I stayed 5 nights and had a wonderful stay. The grounds and room are beautiful and the entire staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. One evening they surprised my two young kids with animal plushies…really made my daughter’s day! They also helped secure our 3 bikes and trailer in their bike storage room when we weren’t using them. We stayed in the king studio which had a king bed and queen sofa bed and was perfect for our family of 4. Parking was $30/night which, while not cheap, was certainly more reasonable than the $50/night charge I’ve seen at a lot of the other hotels in the area. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable! One small suggestion: adding fresh fruit with the pastries would really elevate your breakfast with little additional expense.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. We appreciate it greatly. We are so happy you had a wonderful time with us. We do our best to go above and beyond for each and every guest. That is a very good idea. Maybe we can get some apples and bananas to go with the morning set up. I will definitely look into it. Thanks.

The Alsace is an amazing new addition to LA + the West Adams neighborhood while also conveniently located from LAX. The rooms are immaculately clean, and fresh with a staff to match. Where the hotel truly shines though is the urban oasis that is the Alsace courtyard. It’s truly an escape from the world around you. When you are ready to venture out though, the neighborhood is diverse and full of amazing food. I’ll be back soon. P.S. — Make sure you hit up the deli next door at Bodega R Ranch Market for an incredible lunch!

Perfect addition to the West Adams area! The courtyard is so picturesque and welcoming, and the staff is so friendly! The hotel has such an intimate, palm springs type vibe with little nooks and patios to work or just chill. You can definitely tell they put a lot of thought into the layout and design of this little oasis in LA.
