From Valet to the front desk everyone was professional and welcoming. The room itself was super clean and unique because of the character of the furniture and paintings! Great views of Beverly Hills and just minutes away from all the cool things to do.

Fantastic location, great views, friendly staff. BUT ! terrible soundproofing… whenever a chair was moved in room above, screeching sound was heard (wood floors) if they put felt tips on chair legs, this would be resolved. The doors are paper thin. Anything in the hallway is clearly heard. The connecting door in the room was even worst, as next door people were partying (called reception at 11:30 pm & 4:20am) And $60 / night + tax for parking?! That’s a bit outrageous, even for LA.

We were really looking forward to a romantic birthday staycation at a posh hotel, but boy were we disappointed! Although we had fun at the bar, it seemed like the entire place was a ghost town and under staffed. From drinks to dinner, although the wait staff was very nice and accommodating, the service was excruciatingly slow. Then when we went up to our room, besides a comfortable bed, there was nothing else. It was quite spartan. No water bottles. No in room coffee or espresso maker. Not even an ice bucket! We realize that the hotel is transitioning, but there’s much the upper management can do in the meantime ( eg rent some furniture in the living room area!)

The service is terrible, People that work here dont care about their gests, all the problems taht they have they just say sorry about the incinvinience and thats it, they answer very rude when you tell them something is wrong with anything, the room service is terrible, almost 1 hour to get it and i asked for a salmón with bagel and cream chese and they bought only salmón in one small plate without anything else, very poor Too expensive for the service and quality they realy have i dont understand how they can be a leading hotel of the World Totaly disapointed

The major issue with this hotel is the service — it’s really lacking. Our check-in process was so poorly executed. When we got to our room, it reeked of cigarette smoke and even the white leather chair was badly stained. When we returned to the check-in counter five minutes later, both attendants were gone. As this was just after midnight, we were eager to check into a new room and yet it took at least twenty minutes to track down the front desk attendant. By this time, a line had formed with other guests. Room service was a disaster (ie, smoked salmon bagel arrived without the bagel). The location is very good, but I would not stay here again because of the serious service deficiencies.
