This hotel took my breath away, the service was absolutely impeccable, everyone at this location was truly Devine, me and my mom Imparticularly adored Cesar, the shift-lead for valet parking, he was a true delight...
... room was clean and comfortable Greatly location if you want to come for the Hollywood scene Hollywood Walk of Fame right outside of the Hotel You can see the Hollywood’s hotel sign and Griffith Park Observator...
I went for new year's day to enjoy that special night and it became to a nightmare. We checked in and everything looked ok but when I asked for parking the manager/ owner super rude told me that he had no parking for customers even though he had few spots empty he said that I had to park in the street. We drove 6 hours to get there what I was supposed to do with my vehicle. After all I ended canceling. Had to look for another hotel which costs me like the mos beautiful nice suite in LA. I already warned you up to you if decide to go to stay there.
You can't beat the convenience of being right off Hollywood Boulevard and staying at the iconic building featured in Pretty Woman. It was renovated recently,so it's much more modern than before. It's very basic, but also clean and orderly.Berry Queue Sandwich shop is right across the street for great breakfast in case you're an early riser, and you're a two inute walk from Musso and Frank's.
Been there before but I must say the new look, the renovated rooms... WOW what a beautiful transformation! Nice work clean & comfortable. The service was excellent. It is also very centralized & close to everything in Hollywood.
Don't let the pictures fool you, all they've done is splash a little paint on the walls to make their web pictures look better. All of the furniture is outdated and worn, even the sheets and towels have wholes, tears and stains on them. We asked for new and the owner/manager accused us of damaging furniture, bedding and towels and said he would charge us for any damages. The last straw when I was walking around the outside taking pictures of the iconic fire escape Pretty Woman scene, the manger/owner came out yelling at me to stop taking pictures and to delete them all. Seriously!!! That's one of the reasons we stayed here, to romanticize and fantasize about the movie. We had booked for 5 days, but after 2, we were concerned and left and found a different place to stay. I've already disputed with my credit card company and have gotten a full refund, THANK YOU Bank of America!!! It's up to you now if you stay there or not, but you've been warned!!!…
