The suite I stayed in was beautiful, walking shower, deep hot tub, and plenty of space! Everything I needed was in the room. The staff is very helpful and professional. I would stay there again every time I’m in Hollywood.
charged my incidental card for entire stay when I had prepaid half and company was paying for other half. I anticipated that this would be confusing so I physically checked out to make sure we were on the same page, I was assured all was good, but alas totally botched. It's as if the entire staff just started working and weren't trained. I called the concierge asking to add my bonvoy number to my reservation and he had no idea what I was talking about lol. Worst Bonvoy stay I've had to date
The W Hotel Hollywood was once the greatest hotel in Los Angeles but it has lost its way. The hotel needs to be renovated the rooms are old and outdated of the service is lackluster and the ambience is not the cool it used to be I recently stay there and my hot water wasn’t working among other things the room was dark and cold the lighting wasn’t that accurate. I’ve been coming to this hotel since it opened it was a place that I shared my memories and I felt a loyalty to keep staying at this property for over 12 years however I must say this last day would be my last. I’m praying that the hotel will do a makeover with the rooms and customer service
The W is beautiful and right in the center of Hollywood. All the staff was friendly and helpful, from the valet to the front desk. Shout out to Sheen JR for helping me out by finding a phone charger I could borrow when my phone was on the verge of dying — so thankful for all your help and for a beautiful stay!
We had an excellent stay at W Hollywood. The front desk and valet were very professional and friendly. Our room was very clean and modern. We highly recommend it for these reasons and for its great location on Hollywood Blvd.
