We checked in late and had no problems changing our rooms to downstairs. Front desk was extremely friendly. The rooms were huge and very clean. No shampoo or conditioner. The outside needs updated, but don't judge a book by its cover. Will stay again!

Nice clean room and helpful staff. Lots of local shopping and eateries nearby. We had a ground floor room and we’re happy to have available parking right outside our door. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a little expensive but room was very clean. Bed needs to be a little softer. Location was good There’s plenty of stores around the hotel. Did have to wait a few minutes a check in had to call the actual hotel and rand the bell for awhile before someone finally came out to help.. we did arrive late for check in but everything went well

I like the room a lot 203 very comfortable stay will be back again thanks is close to everything we went to Santa Monica San Pedro and more I will be telling my friends about this hotel and good prices

Clean hotel and remodeled rooms. The location is convenient, not to far from Downtown LB and plenty of eating places in walking distance !! Will definitely stay here again! You can beat the price at all !!
