This is a nice, comfortable hotel that is walking distance to Westfield Century City. It is a short drive to area attractions. The customer service is good and compared to the Hilton/ Intercontinental, etc. it is a good price for the area. My only complaint was that the parking was only valet and was not included in the price of...

Stayed here for several nights while in town for business at UCLA. The hotel is fairly average for a Courtyard. The property is a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. My room was spacious and quiet, despite being on a busy street. Staff were excellent; we were always greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. Valets always retrieved our...

I'm here for 6 days for a training course being held actually in the hotel so it was a no-brainier to stay here rather than risking another hotel further away. The rooms are comfortable enough and clean too. Breakfast isn't free but the Starbucks affiliation onsite does a good job and isn't too expensive - the beer and burgers in...

This is a very old property on a very busy noisy street. Parking is a mess. Rooms are old and out dated. Stained carpets. Wifi is spotty and slow. Room smelled like smoke. Worst part of it is the staff. Eric at the front desk was not helpful and lacked basic professional skills needed in the hospitality industry. Heard him...

Staff were amazing at this place and thats what made it great. Their advice in getting around was brilliant. Breakfast was of good standard and rooms were good although bit pricey for what you get but overall a decent hotel. Would recommend if your staying here for a few days before you move on just like we did.

I have stayed at this hotel property several times and generally have been satisfied with the stay. However, this stay (Sept 28-Oct 2) was not quite up to my expectations. The room I booked was to be a king bed room but I was given a two double bed room that was relatively small compared to those I have had...

The hotel is located in the center of Beverly Hills which is a great location for sightseeing. The overnight parking fee of $20 is a bite over priced considering the rooms are well above $200 per night even with there reward program. Rooms are very clean and modern. There is a Starbucks on the 2 nd level but they don't...

This hotel is good. It has everything you could want...except for a pool. The air quality was poor, humid. Valet parking was additional, with come and go privileges. HOWEVER, the staff make this place fabulous. They always greet you with a smile. "Welcome back" say the valets and the desk staff. They and the Bistro staff treat you like old...

This is a typical Courtyard hotel. It's location is the best thing about it. You can walk to Century City Mall and to any of the office buildings on the Avenue of the Stars in Century City. Sure beats having to find a parking space. Tip: The hotel sits on Olympic Blvd which is one of the main East/West routes...

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at our hotel. We value our guests opinions and comments. They assist us in ways to improve our guest stays. Some of our guests who are lighter sleepers do prefer rooms on the courtyard side of our building. We recommend requesting this during the time of the reservation. we will...

room was an upgrade; clean, large and comfortable. great location for my business interests. liked the fact that a supermarket was directly across the street. workout room was outside - - fun to exercise in fresh air! Also, restaurant on site had a nice selection for breakfast and dinner at reasonable prices.
