Booked this hotel back in May and it was under the Bonvoy member's stay longer discount so we planned to stay 4 nights and later added an extra day to arrive a day earlier as we changed our flight. The first night was not under the original booking and so the first night was at a higher non-refundable rate. The hotel is under some renovation on the outside so it is covered and you may notice some orange cones or stands at the entrance to the covered entrance and garage. Olympic Boulevard has speedy drivers so you have to be careful driving on that street. The lobby inside is modern and very nice and the front desk staff very helpful. Our room was located one floor above on the first floor, which also houses the fitness room/patio as well as the lounge area where you can watch tv and The Bistro which serves breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is Monday to Friday 6:30 to 10 AM and Saturday/Sunday from 7 to 11 AM and Dinner every day from 5 to 9 PM. Fitness Center is open from 6 am to 10 pm. Our room had a king size bed with a patio for seating. Amenities include refrigerator, microwave, dispenser for making coffee and tea. Housekeeping is not daily but I read that your room will be serviced on every third day if you stay more than 2 days and sure enough, when we came back from an overnight outing on the 3rd day, housekeeping changed our towels and made our bed, and we were happily surprised considering where we had to stay on the third night! The only odd thing that I have to get used to is having the sink outside the bathroom! Other than that, we have enjoyed the breakfast, the ambience, the friendly service, the valet parking which is charged daily and the location. Room for improvement is the fitness center which needs updating as the stability ball and mats are worn and there should be towels available for working out. Staying healthy and fit is a lifestyle and when I travel, I always look for a fitness center and I worked out on the patio adjacent to the fitness center for more space, especially if more than one person is in the fitness center. A side note, one night, my husband lost his phone after going back to our car from the restaurant on Sawtelle and when we came back to the hotel, he realized it was missing so the front desk was able to lend us a flashlight to look for the phone in the dark. Although the flashlight did not help us locate the phone (I found it with find my phone and my cell phone flashlight, it was the idea that the man at the front desk was so helpful. Hopefully, the next time we come for a visit, the hotel will complete its indoor and outdoor renovations and that the fitness center will be expanded to include new props and more space.

Thank you to the team I was able to have a nice, safe, solo getaway. It was quiet, the coffee amazing, Shanice took time to explain what they had to offer and was so professional. Sagar hooked me up with utensils for my to go food and the others took care of any requests. I’d come back again.

We needed to travel during the pandemic for medical reasons. It was a difficult time for us and the staff at this hotel recognized how sad and scared we were (surgery/virus). Everyone we encountered went far beyond our expectations in helping us find open restaurants, bring us extra towels, water, even another refrigerator to accommodate us. The valet, Ray, was a superb help and the manager, David Hutton made sure our every need was met. Thank you thank you thank you for everything. This is now my favorite place to stay in Beverly Hills
